Don't let them submit to EyeMed
They said they could submit to EyeMed, but told EyeMed the contacts cost more than the price they charged me. They overcharged me $61.19, and so far have refused to fix it.
Update: After phoning ContactsDirect and having a long discussion, they found an EyeMed coupon and refunded me another $45.89. I accepted this as close enough. Be careful with insurance: If the retailer is in-network (which can be hard to determine), get the final price before placing the order.

I received my order after a two week delay.
I did get my order after a two week delay. After five business days I called support and was told that the delay was because of stocking shortages. I was also told that 20% ($80+) would be credited back to my card for the inconvenience. The credit never happened.

Easy Process but Status Questions
I'm glad the buying process was fairly easy, and it was cheaper than my actual eye doctor!
However, my order was delayed with no information, and it took almost a month for the contacts to come in. I'm curious if a status update with information would have been helpful.
