Contract Divan Beds Reviews

Great choice of beds, mattresses and headboards. Reasonably priced and free delivery which is a bonus.
Good communication throughout the sale and delivery.

An excellent company experience from start to finish. Ordered online and found a large number of options, beds, colours and sizes, and the high number of positive reviews certainly made a difference!
Received a phone call because I’d accidentally ordered a different colour divan base to headboard and they wanted to check the order. I had made a mistake so they rectified this immediately.
Delivery details were emailed and texted through and whilst normally a Saturday delivery would have been ideal, on this occasion we had a family event that couldn’t be missed. Called and left a message and they called back within 15 minutes to say that we would be the first delivery of the day, at 6.30am.
6.30 this morning our bed, mattresses and headboard arrived. Prompt, friendly delivery team - packaged perfectly to avoid damage en route. Bed is now in position, it looks amazing, incredibly comfortable and a 5* experience from the moment we ordered until the moment we climbed in!!

Brilliant help when I rang up for advice and guidance. Delivery by a two man team spot on time, very pleasant and even made the bed up for us. The topping in the cake was the bed is so comfortable. Will definitely recommend and use again if in need of another bed in the house.

Quick and reliable service, very comfortable bed.

Mattress appears well made, time will tell when our holiday guests use it

I needed a bed base ASAP. Rrally friendly and helpful from.stsrt to the end.
Considering how desperate I was for delivery due to spine surgery.
Theu got the bed delivered very quickly.
Within a week. Amd it was Bank Holiday.
Adeel was awesome..he handled my order.
He was at the end of the phone all day every day listening to my stress and concerns.
The Friday night the bed was arriving, he didn't clock off at 5 as most would have done. He actually kept track of my bed for me. And kept me posted until it was in my bedroom.
He went above and beyond to reassure me. And help me and my needs.
Thank you Adeel for being so awesome.
I would hire you without even meeting you.
You are just one of thise guys who goes beyond his responsibilities.
Tje order came and I was delighted with the quality.
In fact the quality was far superior to what I was expecting.
So nice added bonus.
The poor delivery people had been working hard.
It was coronation and they must have hit every bit of traffic across the nation.
I felt so sorry for them.
But they still made it.
And with a smile on their faces.
They out it all together in a matter of minutes.
And hit the road again.
In my experience this rrwlly was a 5 star experience from start to finish.
Well done.
I am.all about customer service. As without it, I wouldn't buy a single thing.
And this service was 5 star.
Amd it goes a long way for me.
So thank you for your time and patience.

Great customer service.
I ordered 2 single beds with matching headboards for our loft. They arrived on time. One of the bases was missing some metal bits. I contacted the customer care team and they sorted out the issue super fast. And Adam from the team even checked back a week later to double check everything was sorted out. Amazing.

Great product at a reasonable price, product delivered promptly. I will give them 5 stars 💥💥💥💥💥
