I would love to give a 5 star there merchandise is great but I expected more help from them I ordered my wife something from there website being that im horrible at ordering online I guess I order 3 of the same thing I emailed them more then once the same night to see if they can help me i wasn't expecting a refund but maybe some type of credit to get my wife something else or my son or my daughter something as well they said there was nothing that can be done sad because it's my wife's valentine's gift I could have gotten her something else as well if they would have helped me
