Never received my order. The phone number for the company has an automated messaging system that instructs you to go online for claims. Then you go online and put in the claim and another automated message provides you the tracking number which you get when the order is sent. Doesn't do any good to have a tracking number that shows your order is lost. How about some actual customer service. That's what I get for ordering online.

This is the crap they send you. The inscription is half the size of the sweatshirt. They then acknowledged it was messed up and sent two more just like it. I refused to allow them to send me this crap again and they don’t refund money so you would have to be stupid to order from them.

The most awful company to deal with. My order never arrived, I was given a huge runaround by " bots " who just copy paste nonsensical answers to your query.I suspect they dont speak or understand English . The second " delivery " also failed. Again an enormous runaround, emails not answered or answers come from " noreply ' email addresses. I suspect this is a scam. I only got a refund after I reported this to my credit card company who took action. I would NEVER use them again.
