We were really impressed with the service we received from Copeland Yussuf. Their responses were really prompt right from the start of the process, and throughout, answering any questions we had. They arranged an appointment time to suit us and were really professional throughout. Following the appointment they were really prompt with the valuation report and kept us updated throughout and we were really pleased with the overall experience. Would definitely recommend them / use them again.

Friendly and professional team! I’ve used this team twice now for services and they haven’t let me down. They are great on the phone with any questions & their team who do the valuations are friendly and helpful too. Out surveyor even gave me a call prior to the visit to let me know how long he’d be.

I found Armen To be a very trustworthy person. I was getting valuation in order to staircase. He knew the market very well I was also prepared to standby his valuation if challenged.

Armen was very professional and helpful with all the questions I asked. He took time to explain some things that could affect his valuation including the difference between mid terrace versus end terrace homes.
Also the staff at the office that I dealt with were very helpful. I would recommend them highly.

Highly recommended. One of the cheaper quotes that we had, definitely good value for money. Communication with the office was great, all questions answered and booking and payment was very smooth. The surveyor was punctual and professional, and the report came back exactly when they told us it would.

Amazing Customer Service!
I recently (yesterday) had a valuation completed by the team at Copeland Yussuf which was conducted by Armen Mirzoian. He was completely professional and informative throughout the valuation process to ensure I was aware what was taking place - this for me was beneficial being my first valuation completed.
I would highly recommend Armen and the team!

Very good communication while booking and called before arrival on day of appointment. Extremely helpful with all questions asked how they reach valuation, very knowledgeable of property and area. I would highly recommend them.

I am writing to express my satisfaction with the property valuation conducted on my Canterbury property in 22/07/ 2024. The valuation process was efficient, professional, and thorough.
I was particularly impressed with the speed at which the valuation was completed, the accuracy of the valuation.

Very good experience

Getting it all booked in wasnt a problem and they were very accomodating.

The surveyor was very knowledgable and answered all questions we had.

The only downside to the whole process was it was a bit slow getting the valuation sent over and we had to chase a couple of times.

Quick appointment and arrived on time, Phoned ahead. Friendly and helpful and got the report back within 5 days as promised.

Highly would NOT recommend. Firstly, if you are going to them for speed, don’t bother. They claimed to be they’d have a valuation report within 4-5 days and didn’t. Every time I chased I was told the person who was meant to write it was not at his desk. This delay of course had a knock on affect. When I asked to make a complaint I was ignored. I finally chased up and the bank valuation came in at a completely different price! (So don’t trust their valuation either!) I was told that I had to pay £120+VAT - so giving more money and causing more delays. When I FINALLY was allowed to push my complaint a little bit further than front of house the “partner” didn’t even know the complaint process he has written up. As a whole, i would day they are slow, non-responsive and can’t trust their valuation. Better to stick to another company who doesn’t make false promises, as you’ll end up paying more in the long term
