Very good experience

Getting it all booked in wasnt a problem and they were very accomodating.

The surveyor was very knowledgable and answered all questions we had.

The only downside to the whole process was it was a bit slow getting the valuation sent over and we had to chase a couple of times.

Quick appointment and arrived on time, Phoned ahead. Friendly and helpful and got the report back within 5 days as promised.

Highly would NOT recommend. Firstly, if you are going to them for speed, don’t bother. They claimed to be they’d have a valuation report within 4-5 days and didn’t. Every time I chased I was told the person who was meant to write it was not at his desk. This delay of course had a knock on affect. When I asked to make a complaint I was ignored. I finally chased up and the bank valuation came in at a completely different price! (So don’t trust their valuation either!) I was told that I had to pay £120+VAT - so giving more money and causing more delays. When I FINALLY was allowed to push my complaint a little bit further than front of house the “partner” didn’t even know the complaint process he has written up. As a whole, i would day they are slow, non-responsive and can’t trust their valuation. Better to stick to another company who doesn’t make false promises, as you’ll end up paying more in the long term

Used Copeland Yussuf for a lease extension in London. It was a smooth process. I would recommend.

Experienced and professional company. They dealt with a few points i raised in my house valuation report very swiftly and professionally. They talked through the findings is a constructive manner. Helped me to understand the process. Recommended and would use again.

The inspection bit itself was fine, and the valuation was in-line with what I expected from other sources, though a little on the low side. But I found they, like all others I contacted, made little effort to answer my questions about their expertise in trying to win my business. I wanted them to prove they knew the local area, but they didn't seem bothered at all. Still, otherwise all good.

I used CY recently to carry out a full market valuation and couldn't be happier with their service. Polite, efficient, great communication and very professional with a well presented and accurate report. Highly recommended.

Lois was our first point of contact, very clear at explaining the whole process, from booking the valuation to getting the actual report. Evaluation was carried out by David, very punctual and professional. After he had done his things he took his time to answer all our questions. The report came through within a week as promised. When phoning to make an appointment, staff are friendly and try their best to be accommodating of dates and times.
