I would just like to thank Lyndsey on the Registration Team who guided me through the online registration process. I am 71 and currently being treated for Myeloma and some of my medication has made me very prone to anxiety. Lyndsey Chance has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I work two jobs and have been incredibly busy trying to get everything together for our case, and she has had the patience of a saint!

She has always been cheerful, kind and so helpful, regularly keeping in touch and gently reminding me to send over documents like leases and contracts (which I had completely misplaced 🙈). When I struggled with parts of the VOA site, Lyndsey didn’t just leave me to figure it out, she sent clear, step-by-step instructions and made the whole process feel manageable.
