I wish I had found this website before my recent Corvette Mods purchase. Echoing what others have written, this company is a disaster to work with. Note: get your credit card company involved if you have a return.

Asked about stainless headers,they said no complaints.easy to install,but i found only2.5 inch ground clearance! I emailed and never even got a response!! Last dollar i will ever spend there!

Poor customer service and won’t accept them back for a refund. Stay away! You have been warned.

Worse company ever. Hundreds of complaints at BBB. I ordered 4 shocks. Two don't work properly, one has oil all over it, and one is for a different vehicle. I have one shock that seems good. Asked for a return, sent pictures in and they said my return has been denied. Will not return emails and the guy on the phone, if they answer, says there is nothing he can do. I will be putting a complaint in with the BBB and notifying my credit card company of fraud.

Rudest, dishonest and most horrible customer service for a return authorization within their stated policy for a product that was not as described. They spoke disrespectfully to me repetitively and were very difficult to work with. I will NEVER do business with them again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The worst customer service I think I've ever dealt with - Track and trace tells me the parts have been sitting in Fort Worth for over a month. Their reply is, USPS doesn't notify until they've reached the final destination which is inaccurate. If the parts miraculously turn up, I will review this but I"m not holding my breath

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ordered a set of door handle covers for my C6 Corvette. After a week since ordering and no product, I emailed the company about the issue. After several days and then weeks, I still had not received the product, nor were my emails answered. I finally spoke to someone at the company. They said they could not answer my email inquiry...get this, because they did not have my email address. I was promised a ship date via email. After one week I had received neither the product nor a ship date. Corvette Mods indicated that they could not get a ship date from their vendor. I questioned why, at least, I had to pry this information out of them. They could not explain. After another week I requested a full refund, and I did receive that quickly thanks to eBay intervention. I will never order from this company again. I wonder how they are still in business.

Terrible customer service. Tooks months waiting for custom painted item, told it was to be shipped next week only to find out it later it was on backorder.
No one ever called or updated me.Customer service people were very rude. Stay away from this company !

This company sold me a defective set of convertible top weather stripping. Had is sent to my top replacement guys company. He unknowingly installed, but they did not fit right and were malformed. Contacted Corvette mods. They will not take it as returns claiming the box they make you check at check out completely screws the consumer. Threats of cyber fraud due to trying to work with credit card company. Corvette mods threatened collections and prosecution. Not worth the 200$. Hope they choke on it. I will never buy from this company again!! And I hope others will avoid the same trap. This company is a pile of hot garbage and throw up.

BUYER BEWARE! We had not read reviews before making a purchase, and wishing we had! Item was not shipped for the longest time and when we asked for a status, they would make excuses. Eventually we requested the order to be cancelled (over the phone,) and they said ok. A week later, we received the item. It was not as described, so we called again for a return. They would not provide a return label, so we paid to return it. Corvette Mods said they never received the item back, even though we have a tracking number proving they received it. We disputed with credit card (CC) company, and the charge was reversed. NOW, Corvette Mods put us in collections and had the CC company reverse credit, saying we did not return item. We are submitting all documents to CC with our tracking info, but this company is definitely fraudulent! They are not BBB accredited and have hundreds of complaints with the BBB for similar situations. Notify the BBB too, maybe they will eventually get shut down.

I've purchased items from Corvette mods plenty of times but when I received a weather stripping for my removable top the product turned out to be complete garbage. Due to covet complications I was unable to get it installed and reviewed within their normal return timeline. I explained this to them and they coldly only replied I was outside the timeline. I will never do business with a company that replies to human needs like a computer. During the times of this pandemic I expect some human generosity and understanding. I will never use or recommend them again.

Well I received a bottle of Touch Up Paint and upon opening it there was a HOLE in the bottle and all the paint ran out. After numerous emails with pictures of the spill and hole in the bottle. They responded with "We looked at the pictures. Spilled paint is not a defect from our end .Thank you " , due to NO one answering their Customer Service lines I will not in the future buy any of their products.

My order was not correct. Called and received return label for my order. Returned the next week and never received my refund.Have called continuously called and seem not to be able to find my return. Do yourself a favor and order from another supplier.Wished I had read their receives reviews first!

FALSE advertising there products. Misleading customers. In there product information. And send you something you could of made yourself.

They charged me for a part that's discontinued. Useless customer service.

Wish I could put zero. Bought a black car cover for 210.00 dollars. They sent me a red one. They sent me a RA to ship back but instead of refunding the whole amount o only got 91 dollars back, they charged me shipping, restocking fee and and put the rest on a gift card. Have been fighting with them for 3 months now on a mistake they made.

Not impressed with them.
Online shop is average. However, support is a pain in the neck. They complicate everything, don't provide clear answers. On top of that I was charged a restocking fee for a piece of crap they sold me that they should be ashamed of offering for sale. The description and pictures were not good, misleading and I ended up buying the thing. I don't recommend this store.

This is a horrible company to buy from. They provided terrible instructions for install. Avoid this company. There was a very poor copy with a photo in black and white that’s hard to see and one line of instruction I tried calling and the customer service rep kept repeating we don’t offer technical support. I wish I would have seen the reviews on this site.

I ordered 2 replacement door panels for my 2003 Vette for $1434. The warranty was for 12 months. After less than 1 month the new panels had the same creases as the originals, so I contacted the company. They never replaced the product and never provided a refund so I charged back. They then sent me several threatening emails telling me they're going to prosecute me, and then they turned me over to a collection agency!!! At this point I looked into this company further, and they have HUNDREDS OF BBB COMPLAINTS. This company is literally one of the worst companies I have EVER dealt with!
