Purchased a LED light kit for my C8 Corvette. Not what I was expecting when I opened the box. Now I understand why they don't show a picture of the actual product on their website. This product is a cheap LED light strip and would be of low quality even for a Yugo. The remote control only works 10% of the time and that's after pressing the buttons over and over again no matter how close you get to the control box. I even replaced the battery in the remote and that did not solve the problem. With the price of cars these days, owners need quality mod alternatives. I don't recommend this company or their products for any car. So save $74.00+tax and find a better product or at least buy the exact same product for $14 from various vendors on Amazon. It's probably where they got it from and then just repackaged it and put Corvette Mod tape on the box and sent it to me. Can't prove it but it is very likely this is what they are doing. Do your research before you buy. If you do plan to buy from them and there is no actual picture of the product you are buying then don't pull the trigger on the purchase with them. I'm disappointed in Corvette Mods as I had planned to purchase other mods from them as I attempt to put my stamp on my C8. Don't go by the review on their website. My review on their website was never added and I never heard from them. That would have gone a long way. They got me this time but they won't get me again.

bought some lights for my vette and they didnt work and some of them didnt even plug in🤦🏼‍♂️ then yall not gonna take the return? and wont even refund my money? scandalous sh** right there i dont know what kinda company youre running but it aint a good one and i sure as h*** wont recommend anyone to this company.

They are frauds and won’t ship your items you purchased

Worst customer service EVER. do not buy from them. they close chat window on you just telling u to call a qualified mechanic. then cant be bothered with a complaint about it on the phone

I ordered instrument gauges to upgrade my 65 Corvette but they are too small. They are made by Eddie Motor Sports and look to be great gauges but do not fit as factory. After receiving these gauges I contacted Corvettemods to inform them that their site did not list that the gauges correctly and I would like to return them for a refund. I called their customer support line and they said that I could only submit a return on line. After emailing Corvette Mods with the reason of return they said that I could not return because they were electrical components even though their site does not mention they are not a direct fit replacement. The gauges were never taken out of the box and they still said they could not be returned.
Their customer support is not US based and the emails I received back had many spelling errors and no signature or point of contact at bottom of rejection email. Please read the fine print and their terms and conditions statement, they do not stand behind what they sell.

attention, only scammers. i bought parts to germany and paid with shipping. But they just wanted to get more money out and have to transfer significantly more for shipping even though I paid with shipping. They are totally unfriendly on the phone and by email. after I threatened that I should finally send the parts as agreed, I replied no, they will only send when I pay more money. then i contacted paypal and corvettemods said paypal that the parts had already been sent to me. which of course was incorrect. Then we checked the shipment number with PayPal and it turned out that they had sent a wrong shipment number and so they always do it. they send a shipment number for another customer and so they cheat. people do not do that and do not order from them that are fraudulent.

Horrible company! Do not use them. Ordered $800 worth of merchandise from them. On the first shipment two items were broken upon opening the box. Their policy on damaged merchandise is you have to take photos and email them to their company. After this you have to send them back, at your expense, hoping the pay will replace the items. All of this is done through emails because the company doesn’t let you talk to anyone directly. When you call customer service they are not allowed to tell you anything they tell you how to email your concern to the correct department. Not to mention you think you’re calling a 7 Eleven! I ordered front floor mats for my new corvette over 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received them. I have emailed the company numerous times and they tell me they shipped them to me. When I ask for the tracking number they said they don’t have it. They are FUC#ING horrible! Go elsewhere...

New to the Corvette world and just ordered a bunch of parts from them and several of them showed up in a week or 10 days but several I have taken or will take well over a month. They do not notify you of any kind of back order or delay when you place the order. Poor service.

Only gave a 1 because ZERO is not available! Horrible company that does not back their low-quality products. STAY AWAY!!

I wish I had read all the reviews for this fraudster company before I placed an order. Thankfully it was a small order. I disputed the charge with the credit card company and was granted a credit immediately. These SOBs then disputed the chargeback with a bogus tracking number and the credit card company reinstated the charge. Had they checked the tracking number, it would have shown it to be completely bogus. I am now back to disputing the charge with the credit card company and will likely have to cancel the card to make this go away. These guys are masters at fraud; make no mistake, these guys are good at what they do. No order was sent, nothing was received, no shipping information was sent and yet they billed me immediately. I am now back to dealing with this fraudulent so called vendor. It is all very frustrating. I wonder how any credit card company can remit funds to people such as these. It boggles the mind. If you have read this and others on this thread, you have been amply warned. This vendor engages in mail fraud. I have filed a complaint with the US Postal Inspection Service for Mail Fraud and told the CC company the same. If you have been defrauded, go to the USPIS website.

CorvetteMods.com is the most deceptive company I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a Bluetooth conversion that I phone checked was the correct for accuracy, the part sent was wrong for my car. Contacted them, they told me I had to put in an email to them why I wanted to return, What the! A week went by till I received an email from them, which had a link in it to a form, “ROA”, return order authorization The link did not work, contacted them back, two (2) days till I received a new link which worked. I filled out the ROA and emailed it back. Another three (3), days till I heard from them, which they now said they do not accept the return of radio parts. Upon receiving that email, I called CorvetteMods. It took five (5), phones calls & long wait times to talk to a human. Oh, I was hung up on four (4) times. After a terrible conversation, I stated that I was going to contact whoever I needed to, to that they responded that if I would agree to a 10% restocking fee the would give me a refund. I said OK & they sent me an email with the same ROA I previously filled out, plus another form. When returned, on a small price of tablet paper I had to write the ROA number & sent it along, What the! A week went by and no response from CorvetteMods. I boxed up the part in the original box with invoice & sent it to the return address, cost me &12, listed on the original invoice. Then I called my bank & told them this same experience as written here to which they opened a dispute & returned my original payment. After not hearing from CorvetteMods for a week, WOW, the day after I contacted my bank I received an email from them stating they were claiming that I committed Cyber Fraud, WOW, I guess they heard about the dispute, chuckle! I think, b/c they had not yet received the returned part, WOW! Two, (2) months went by & I just received an email from my bank stating that the case has been resolved in my favor.

Moral, buyer beware, horrible people to deal with. I have since learned they are probably just a pass through & have no parts of there own.

I ordered an innovative performance chip from Corvette Mods. They sent me an item that will not work with my car. When I contacted them they proceeded to deny my refund before even hearing my issue with the product.
They should be locked up for their fraud and terrible customer service.

Corvette Frods: Better Business Burroughs best friend. Very tacky frauds, ruining it for mankind. Should be shut down. “DO NOT I SAY AGAIN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE A JOKE” RUN FROM THEM WHILE YOU STILL CAN.

The worst company ever. I ordered floor-pads for my 1988 Corvette and they sent me wrong one. I sent them back with photo of my floor-pads shape and they sent me the exact same like first time. And again I sent them back and since that time I never received my money back or even email. They dont communicate at all!! Total fraud!! Save your money and nervs!

⚠️ WARNING!! Do not do business with Corvette Mods or their alternate company ModernGenAuto Auto. Read other reviews on this site please. My story is similar in several ways. Ordered parts, received wrong goods or never received goods. Attempts to rectify with customer service people was futile. Presently disputing issues with my PayPal account. It appears this company get many of their goods from respectable companies like Eckler’s, Zip Corvette on a buy-resale basis as well.

Corvette Mods will take your money and not to ship your order. If you want to cancel your order they will charge you a restocking fee of 30%. They will tell you they shipped your order when they didn't. They will never return your calls. Any time you call with an issue, they will tell you someone will return your call within three business days but they never do. Check out their BBB reviews before you order!

Worst customer service, they have a phone number but will not help but instead tell me to email them. Makes absolutely no sense to answer the phone and not assist with an order.

I have been ordering custom painted parts for my 2010 Z06 for years from Corvette Mods. Every part I have ordered has matched my Corvette and been shipped right on time. I have had no issues and plan to continue to spread the word about how awesome the unique products are that they offer.

$500 worth of interior parts. Never recieved my order. Called them back and did I spoke with someone in India by name Peter. He said that he will generate ticket number and someone will contact me later. Still waiting. Don't buy anything, stay away and save your money. Total Fraud.

Ordered 600$ worth of exhaust components from them. Finally shipped after a week, and when everything finally arrived it was all wrong. Their phone number is for some foreign call center, and nobody ever gets back to you. They don't care that it's wrong, they aren't going to send replacements, and have no plan on issuing a refund or resolving this issue in ANY way. Total Fraud.
