I just called your customet service department for an order i olaced back in march but did not get everything till mid May. The person i spoke to initally with reference to the 761 points i earned on my 800.95 dollar order was about the point expiring period. He rudely said "Thats how it is" i have never dealt with some so rude. I belong to a few corvette clubs and you can bet i will pass this info on as customer service is something i do for a living so i would never tell a customer that. Wish i ckuld cancel the order i placed back July 9th that is still processing and give my business to a different company.

Received a defective part, jumped through all their hoops for an exchange, paid to send the part back. They issued "in-store" credit, and I would have to pay shipping AGAIN (a total of $20 shipping for a $13 part) if I wanted a replacement part. I requested a refund, and they refuse to issue one.

No real communication, this company is a joke I hope I can get a full refund from my bank. This people deserve the title worst corvette company on planet earth. That is an achievement for sure!

These people will scam you out of money, then claim to not know who you are even when presented with receipts and emails. Will not refund purchases that still have not shipped. If you have purchased, file credit card dispute. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I wouldn't buy a lug nut from these people. Completely unprofessional and rude. Try calling their customer service line or tech line, they won't answer or return calls or emails.They Will answer their sales line, sell you anything, and not support what they sell or their customers. Buyers be extremely wary!

Ordered a bunch of parts for my 2018 GS Corvette. Never shipped. Went' round and round and eventually they were shipped. When they arrived the hood decal was just stuffed in the box all wrinkled and creased ($110). I called and was told to send pics which I did. While waiting (that's all you do with these morons) I took it to my professional installer. They looked at it and said they would not guarantee the insall with all the damage on the decal. Meantime Corvette Mods tells me their "vinyl team" looked at the pics and said it looked fine to them???? So I countered and said ok, agree to pay the $200 install if it doesn't go on correctly. Tone deaf after that. No refund no replacement nothing... I am now pursuing a claim with my credit card company. STAY AWAY. You may pay a little more a Ecklers or Mid America or Zip Corvette but you will get what you paid for and much, much better service. They suck!

Update: After threatening to go to the credit card company I was issued an RMA at the 4 day limit after they received my returned part. Still waiting on either a new part or my money back. It's now going on 6 weeks. A lot of aggravation for such a simple order.

Two weeks out from ordering my part and nobody will talk to me about where the part is. To make things even better, the SOBs stole my credit card number and racked up a charge of $1675 at some vacuum/steam cleaner store. Never ever use this company for anything. Do not trust these thieves.

I PLACED AN ORDER (#AB-292152) WITH CORVETTEMODS ON APRIL 21 FOR 2 AIRBAG LABEL COVERS FOR A 2007 CORVETTE. RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ORDER PROCESSING EMAIL THE NEXT DAY, APRIL 22. NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD FROM CORVETTEMODS.COM. TWO WEEKS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. I TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH CORVETTEMODS THROUGH THEIR CHAT OPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE. NO ONE ANSWERED WHEN I CLICKED ON CHAT NOR DID THEY EVER ANSWER OR RESPOND TO THE QUESTION THAT I HAD ENTERED. I CONTACTED PAYPAL TO DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION.

PAYPAL CONTACTED CORVETTEMODS AND CORVETTEMODS STATED THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED AND RECEIVED. THEY PROVIDED A TRACKING NUMBER TO AN ORDER (#AB-289895) THAT I HAD PLACED THE 13TH APRIL AND RECEIVED ON APRIL 20TH. APRIL 20TH IS ONE DAY BEFORE I EVER EVEN PLACED ORDER #AB-292152. SO I NOTIFIED CORVETTE MODS OF THE ERROR AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND THAT WAS THE INCORRECT TRACKING NUMBER. I HAD THEM TO PROVIDE AN UPDATE TO ORDER #AB-292152. FOLLOWING IS THEIR RESPONSE WORD FOR WORD.

"Kenneth, you have filed a dispute. WE no longer help. Your credit card copay will be the one to reach out to you because they have your funds".

THAT IS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO WONDER THEIR OVERALL RATING ON TRUST PILOT IS 1.9

Ordered parts got wrong one had to modify then didn't receive the rest wont talk to me at all total bs do not buy from them

VERY poor customer service dept regarding getting an action on returned parts. Tried many times to call sales but could never reach any "live" person. Left many messages. Never a call back. I read some of the reviews here now. Yep. They are correct. Better look for another company. I feel certain that any phone conversations I have had with the customer service dept (twice) is just lip service with NO intent to actually followup on anything.

Im going to wait two more days with my followup attempts and then file a complaint with my credit card company.

They also calculated return charges falsely in my opinion.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. It takes forever to ship and god help you if you have to return it. This company should be shut down because all they are is a rip off. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Do your research before you purchase ANYTHING from this company!

Fact of the matter is, you can find the same garbage on ebay for cheaper. Furthermore, when you have a problem with it, you will likely get your money back -- NOT with this company!

Corvette forums on the internet have even gone so far as to remove these guys from their seller lists!

These people are crooked and all they care about is the sale. I ordered a part for my Corvette it came in defective they gave me the hardest time about returning it when they finally let me return it they charge me a restocking fee and told me there was nothing wrong with the part they are so full of it there was definitely something wrong with the part now it’s funny I even get an email today that I should refer a friend and get $25 I don’t need to make an enemy from a friend by referring them. Terrible terrible.

Worst business experience ever! They sent wrong item phone and asked for return form was informed I need to go on line to get form to send to them and then they supposedly send you an address form to return This went on for several months I kept requesting the form to return Finally I stopped payment on my card after I read reviews but was still willing to return item but they still would not send me the information I needed They also tried to charge my credit card twice for more money then I owed They sent me to a collection agency and I sent them to consumer Protection agency Finally got address and sent it back certified mail

My 1st mistake was not reviewing this companys reviews. Placed an order with this company and i had issues with getting my parts 2 weeks late and then not thinking clear placed a 2nd order months later, i called the next day to find out the lead time for shipping and was told by peter it takes them 3-5 days to process the order and mine has not been processed yet.i told him to cancel the order his comment was " whatever if that's what you want" told me he cancelled my order i then followed up with rma and email within the hour. Then i get email few minutes later saying my order shipped called back again the customer service dept is closed got hold of sales joey who is very good said order was NOT cancelled and shipping label was created by not picked up yet. In the a.m get email saying they can not cancel the order because it has shipped (BS) called fed ex with tracking # emailed and they said it has NOT been picked up yet so i call peter again and get jerked around and told he has to email the cancelation dept. And find out what is going on and lied about cancelling this order the day before. So i have now filed dispute with paypal, BBB and leaving this review. And then find out they have been kicked off couple of forums as vendors because of so many complaints and have red flag warning on BBB site Bottom line i should have READ BBB AND REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS BS COMPANY.... BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM CORVETTE MODS IN MY OPINION

Will never use again. Impossible to return product. Carbon fiber tape to cover grill chrome strip not cut to contour shape of chrome strip. Complicated and multi step return policy, website instructions a hot mess. Restock fees. Expensive postage. Slow to ship orders. Bad place to do business.

I ordered a t shirt for my wife. When it arrived it was the wrong size. When I returned it I had to pay for shipping and they deducted $9.99 from my refund for the original shipping cost which I paid when I ordered it. Complete rip off.

Ordered suspension kit took 3 months to arrive. Ordered a frame to body bracket, got a frame cage nut.... and was told it was the correct part. Customer service rating is a -1 rating if you can give it that.

I ordered a 250 dollar spoiler for my Z06, along with 3 other items. They shipped the 3 items, but not the spoiler upgrade. I constantly contacted then by phone and email. Phone gets an answering service that just emails the customer service, no different than what I did a dozen times. They claimed the box had a spoiler in it. It did not. They just kept giving me the run around, so I contacted the BBB, they gave them the same run around . Terrible customer service, very rude. No attempt to fix their problem or make it right. Customer is always right, unless dealing with Corvette Cons, I have since read a ton of reviews, that's how they operate, by ripping people off. So many stories like mine, even a guy who was ripped off on the exact same spoiler as myself. They screwed me. I ordered the spoiler from West coast Corvette and much better experience, I'll actually get the spoiler I paid for, Haha. Avoid Corvette mods like the plague unless you like getting cheated out of hard earned money.
