Do not ever order nothing from this company do nothing they say. they are lyers. .I ordered racing stripes told me 5 to 7 days I call them after said the material was on back order so I canceled my order 2 weeks never seen nothing on my card they got material in and said was sent out after I canceled still haven't received nothing and still waiting now bbb is involved

I ordered a Targa top for my C6, total was $1600. Before I ordered I called multiple times and noted on my order to not ship it without signature and confirmation upon delivery from me, and to specifically not leave the package as there has been a rash of porch pirates in my neighborhood. I was reassured that my top would not be left and would require signature from me to be delivered. Low and behold, it turns out that it was left without signature and not only that was left under my exposed carport. It was not there when I got home. I contacted corvette mods no less than nine times over the phone and kept getting the runaround as to why my package was left and was not signed for when it was explicitly said and confirmed that it would not be delivered without signature to my hand, or worst case I go pick up from a UPS drop point. At first I was told that I would get refunded, then i was given the runaround on that and I sent multiple emails, left multiple voice mails and talked to countless people. Then they reneged on giving me my refund and said that the package was shipped and what happens after that is not their problem. It is their problem, because it was not supposed to be left and unsigned for. They did not communicate that with UPS. I told them that if this problem was not fixed I would be doing a chargeback with Amex. They still did not respond. I decided to do the chargeback and suddenly not even a day later they send me a nasty threatening email telling me to close my dispute or they're sending it to collections. I was not going to do that. In addition, I had filed a police report about my stolen package but apparently that isn't enough proof either. Stay away from this shady, no good fraudulent company. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the targa top from these people, that i never even ended up getting. I ended up buying from another corvette merchant and they did as I asked and sent the targa top with signature delivery to my house and had no issues. $1600 of my hard earned money tied up for a month while this incompetent company gave me the runaround. Stay away!

I say... so far... so good. This is my 2nd time ordering from Corvette Mods and I am so pleased with the fast delivery and great product offered. The funny thing is they are in Ft. Worth and I am 25 mins from the store and yet have went in person for a visit. Keep up the great work Corvette Mods

Corvette Mods is not a company I would ever deal with again. I ordered rear spoiler winglets and wicker bill for my C7 Z06. I cancelled my order due to the time they said it would take to ship which would have been over a month. They confirmed in an email that the cancellation order was placed but they are claiming now that the order was shipped even after the cancellation order date. What company would deliberately say they shipped an item when they didn't. Corvette Mods. My mistake was in not reading the reviews before I ordered. This dispute is now being handled by my credit card company. Stay away from this company.

I had ordered the wrong part for my c7 . I emailed the company and received help very fast and received help purchasing the correct item.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! The WORST company I have ever done business with.
On October 2nd 2019, I placed an order for my brand new Z06. I ordered a Front Splitter W/ stage 3 Winglets and Stage 2/3 Wicker Bill Rear Spoiler Wing upgrade. A total of 1,219.98 dollars and today is November 29th 2019 (57) days after placing an order and I still NOT received any my my parts.
I placed ordered through Modern Gen Auto and I believe they go through Corvette Mods. I've been In contact with both company's and they both point fingers at each other. When I do get someone on the other line, you better understand Indian cause if you dont, you will not understand a word they say and when you explain to them that your having a hard time understanding, they get upset that you dont understand them.
Ive been given the run around and still no answer from anyone. You will have better chance taking your money and buying Lottery tickets rather then getting your parts or a answer from them. Do yourself a favor and place a claim with your credit card company for a full refund.

Worst company ever!! Been trying to get a return number for three months and no luck. I have left messages with sales rep. to attempt some sort of contact. The part I received, not only was wrong, it was from another company, put in a different box.

This place is an absolute joke. Worst customer service in history. They sent the wrong parts to me so I sent them back and had to pay the shipping at my cost and then they refuse to send me the correct parts and have had well over 10 phone calls and emails to try and get them to send me the right parts and they still will not comply I’ve asked to speak to managers and have had no success in speaking with anyone with any authority. They sent me some cheap lightbulbs instead of the corner lenses I asked for and seem to think that I received what I was looking for. I will never shop here again. So much for my $180 CAN I spent on nothing.

Corvette Mods never shipped the rack and pinion assembly. They were no help in tracking down the problem. No tracking number to my address. They generated a small package to a different address to avoid a Paypal refund. The post office confirmed this fraudulent action with a photo of the package. I have no recourse but to take them to court.

Bad parts wont respond 10 emails they suck dont buy go elsewere

This company is a absolute fokin joke.
Sent wrong parts and when it showed up had to pay $137 shipping (no where does it say that on their site)
Reordered proper part 17 business days ago (they say 5-7) and when went to pick item up had to pay another $23 shipping on a part they fuked up on and turns out its not even the part I reordered. There "answering department employee Richard is as useless as tits on a bull not even knowing anything about my order and what they shipped out.

Never order form this joke of a company. Seriously check Amazon for any parts needed, corvette mods is a joke and has no management /supervisor/boss to speak to about anything. All they do is send u a email.

My corvette has been in a shop since Oct 8th waiting for the proper part and I'm being charged daily at the shop u think corvette mods will do anything about that, nope. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

STOLE MY MONEY! NEVER SENT MY PARTS. Horrible Customer Service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Today is the delivery day - no parts - no call - never even communicated with me that the parts had or had not been shipped. I called customer service to find the status of my order, they man took my order number (so he DOES have a computer), but he could not (would not) tell me the status of my order because he said he is the "Phone Answerer" who works in the "Phone Answering Department". ARG! Now I am missing a track day AND now I have to get my money back from them.

Dont buy here. Customer service is horrible, business practices are horriable. And product is again horrible!!!! There is not one good thing to say about this place!

This is the worst automotive company I have every dealt with! I'd give it ZERO stars if I could. I placed an order based upon their offer of free shipping, only to be charged for shipping anyway. When I contacted Customer Support (off-shore I believe), they were no help and only confused the order more than it had been. I then tried to cancel the order—the shipped the part and charged me anyway including a charge for shipping. I then tried to return the part—another awful and unhelpful run-around with Customer Support. It took weeks to get a return authorization and several more weeks before I saw a refund hit my account—and they still shorted me the cost of shipping!

I checked with the Corvette Forum (corvetteforum.com) and discovered that Corvette Mods received so many complaints from forum members, that the company was removed as a vendor. I wish I'd known this before I dealt with them! BUYER BEWARE—DON'T BUY FROM CORVETTE MODS!

These guys $UCK to deal with returns. I got stuff shipped from JAPAN faster than a month it took to get here. The power steering pump arrived soaked in fluid as did the box. Rebuilt or not, it should not be delivered like that. Now the return, poor communications until you get PAYAL involved, then all the sudden they start responding. $11.99 to ship the part to me but $25 to send it back?? A$$holes are now trying to stick all the shipping costs back on me for the crap they sent me. Do yourself a favor, buy from Anyone else but these A$$clowns trying to pawn sub par products.
