This company care and understand
My 5 yr old suffers really really bad with extreme eczema and this product is a god send!! It’s helped her so so much! It’s worth the cost and so much more! It stops my daughter scratching and clawing at her skin to the point it’s bleeding and raw!! I would buy this over and over again it makes such a difference it really does!! There’s hardly any products that help my daughter but this company understand the suffering and have made something that helps. Thank you for making your products and I will be buying from you again!!! I 100% recommend all their products!!

Life changing
The scratch star is life changing. It mimics almost perfectly the sensation of scratching and leaves no erythema.
The bumpy ball is perfect for carrying in your bag for when your hands get hot and itchy out in public.
With these products I can keep my eczema under control.

I bought the bundle and on the whole I would say they are a good investment - expensive but it has made a difference to my daughter scratching. The only negative and I knew it was going to happen as soon as I saw the Star was that my daughter started scraping the casing on her eczema within minutes of using it. Now she is using the scratch ball more as that doesn't have a harder casing she can use to scratch with

Unfortunately doesn't work for me
Unfortunately this is an expensive item which doesn't work for me. I've suffered with eczema for most of my life and struggle to stop myself scratching my hands and fingers. I had to spend double to get the smooth roller with case and the bumpy ball as it's not an option to buy just the bumpy ball with case. Neither options give me any relief. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I think potential buyers need to be aware this might not work for you. Editing this to 4 stars as the company have been in touch to refund me for my purchase which I do appreciate.

I came across this company after…
I came across this company after suffering with CSU for two years - after a bit of deliberation I purchased the scratch star. It has been an incredible help for me, it’s well made and well thought through and very much eases the itch particularly at night. I keep it in the fridge and take it up to bed with me - it stays cold enough throughout the night to make a difference to my over heated skin. Sometimes I just hold it on the area where it feels itchy to cool it all down, then put a bit of cream on and gently rub over it with the star.
I’m very pleased that I bought it and would recommend it to others.

I ordered a roller for my 8 months old…
I ordered a roller for my 8 months old son with eczema and it’s really helps calm him down with the itching and helps a lot! Especially he usually have lot of scratches due to itching. It’s have reduced a lot. He often fall asleep to it now! Really massive difference.

Waste of money
I regret buying the Finger Scratch System. I held off for a while because it’s very expensive, but after years of severe eczema on my hands I gave in - and it’s honestly rubbish.
It doesn’t relieve itching at all and the bumpy roller makes zero difference. On top of that, it’s not even discreet - when rolling it makes enough noise that I wouldn’t want to use it in public/at work.
If it were cheaper, you might be able to overlook how ineffective it is, but at this price it’s not worth it and a waste of money in my opinion - sadly I wouldn’t recommend.

We completely understand how frustrating and emotional living with severe eczema on the hands can be especially after trying so many different products over the years in search of relief. Our products are designed to provide a safer alternative to scratching with fingernails helping to reduce damage to delicate skin whilst still offering sensory relief however we also recognise that every individual’s skin, triggers, and scratching behaviours are very different and what works well for one person may not work the same for another.
In terms of pricing our products are developed using specialist materials and are manufactured in line with medical device standards including ISO 13485 certification and regulatory requirements. That said we truly appreciate that value is personal particularly when a product does not provide the experience you had hoped for.

Slightly disappointed in my scratch…
Slightly disappointed in my scratch tools. Having spent over £100 on the scratch star and roller ball.
My eczema flare was on my face and neck.
The roller is very cooling as stated but I found the star way to big for my areas.
After reading the reviews I was eager to try. Would be good if they did a smaller star.

I bought the star shape and the round ball for the granddaughter because she really suffers with her skin. So as far as I know she's really happy with them.

Excellent product
I was sceptical about this product , not least because I first saw it advertised on Facebook, which can be very untrustworthy, and also the scratch star is expensive. However, my eczema had become such an issue I decided to give it a go. I am VERY glad I did. Whilst I can’t claim that it is cured my eczema, of course it can’t do that as I have severe varicose eczema, it has certainly helped a great deal with the insistent and dramatic urges to scratch that lead to broken skin – it really does work, and it does give you the sensation of scratching without harming the skin. So after a couple of weeks use my eczema has definitely improved. I do recommend this product.

Amazing product & amazing company
I have a painful blood disorder and my pain medication causes constant itching. The condition makes my skin very fragile and thin, and being itchy all the time has left me with a lot of scarring and bleeding from all the scratching. My doctor suggested the Scratch Star to me after hearing it from another patient, and it's been a game changer. I am no longer breaking my skin and shredding my legs and arms because the surface of the device is gentle but still takes care of the itching just as well as my nails would. I'm no longer at risk of skin infections, and I'm less self conscious about my looks because my skin is not constantly covered in scabs anymore. I am truly so grateful that this product exists, because for over ten years I have been longing for a solution like this. It is good quality and worth the price. If you are on the fence I would go for it!

Felt mislead

Infact one of the devices left bruises on one of the kids shins because of the design. The rollerball does what was advertised, but the scratchers are far from scratchers. The site and shipping were great though. Just disappointing that the products felt like false advertising with the specific ‘scratching’ claims and ‘feels like fingernails’ description. Wish I never spent the money.

After buying cosy care roller couple…
After buying cosy care roller couple weeks ago i was delighted with results. i bought finger scratchy system last week for between my finger it's amazing.my eczema used to break out between my fingers.after using finger scratcher no more breakouts iv had eczema for over 50 years.cosy care products is only thing thats helped the itch.i would highly recommend to anyone who suffers from eczema.

I have had this for about 2 weeks
I have had this for about 2 weeks. The delivery was amazing and came quickly. The product itself is okay. It stays cold and is a good idea and I have had some relief from it however I feel it still doesn't quite hit that spot when needing to scratch and have resulted to using my fingernails or something else when the itch is just unbearable. Considering the price it's not that effective and has still broken skin in some places. I have suffered with extreme eczema my whole life and this device just isn't life changing. I will still try to use this product and maybe get use to it but for me it's not the one.

My kiddo has bad eczema she scratches a lot leaving marks on her skin that I'm worried will turn into scars. I got this for her to put in Easter basket she loves it. She said it is smooth but feels just like her fingernails scratching. I am so happy to have found this item.

Severe psoriasis? Give it a go...
My partner has severe psoriasis and has undergone many immunosuppressing injections and tried many a cream. Obviously the scratch star did not cure him, but it provided much needed relief where itching himself would cause skin breakage and occasionally infection. The material of the scratch star is metallic which cools the skin and the shape was easy to manage. His skin cracks and causes pain but the scratch star was able to scratch the itch without causing damage. He said it was the most thoughtful present and although it isn't the cheapest product, it was very much worth it.
