Our clients are fabulous and teaching us more about life, care, history & in general we get to learn more about ourselves and how a small token, can make a great difference in a person's life.

The office and staff are so professional, organized and constantly striving to serve both clients and carers better.

I am lucky enough to have been on board with Country Cousins for almost 4 years as a professional carer mainly within the Scotland area. They have been fantastic to deal with from the minute I applied with all of my legal documentation and references until the present day.
My representative within the office Sharon Croley is on hand whether by phone or email. She is a pleasure to chat to and extremely professional. She has always matched myself with clients and families who need exactly the services I can provide on a professional level ,however I actually become more than a carer ,a friend to both client and family members. I have been very lucky to have been a part of the CC team for so long and relish all opportunities that may come my way going forward.

For the last few difficult months of my dear dad’s life we had Precious Ebika as a main carer and also Rebecca Lubega Bukulu looking after him in the last few weeks. Both carers were exceptionally professional, compassionate, and effective not only in their dealings with dad but with the family as a whole. We felt immensely supported by them and were so grateful for the sensitive and genuinely loving way they both handled his death last night. The family is so grateful for the way both women treated dad as an equal and a friend , not just a client, and made the end of his life so much more comfortable than it would otherwise have been.

What a professional, supportive team! Absolutely fantastic experience and Jo was outstanding with writing my profile. With excellent Vernacular and a calm, encouraging manner, she was an brilliant!

We have an amazing male carer for my dad, which has made such a difference in a very short amount of time. They were able to provide people to interview and start within days. The carer is so experienced, caring, genuinely lovely and fits right in. The company cares and listens to you regarding your needs, which at such a difficult time is needed. It is very stressful going through dementia with a parent, as they change before your eyes.

All I have to say is positive about everything. The two staff members were very brilliant in every aspect. They presented as proper assets to the company. They were cool, calm and great listeners allowing me to express my views. It was always a pleasure dealing with them. They showed great knowledge of person cantered care

Very slick and thorough recruitment process, Jonathan was professional and knowledgeable, and answered all my queries with absolute transparency. The onboarding process was equally as thorough, Leah was kind, and and went through the process with clarity and answered all my questions with alot of knowledge and professionalism. Really awesome experience.

Two carer profiles offered. I would urge prospective employers to interview closely for relevant experience. Follow-up calls to ensure everything was going smoothly were exemplary.

Our Dad had the most excellent carer, Bernadette Shayamunda, for the last 3 years- from August 23 to June 26. Bernadette was the most incredible carer - attentive, patient, encouraging, emotionally intelligent, diligent, honest and so so kind. Our Dad was very grateful for her flexibility and so were we. As a family we all got on well with Bernadette, who has become a family friend. We highly recommend Bernadette as a wonderful carer. 😊

I rang Kelly on Friday lunch time before a bank holiday weekend needing a 24/7 carer to come on Tuesday morning after bank holiday Monday to look after my parents.
By 3pm Kelly had organised a carer, by 5pm I had spoken to the carer, directly, agreed all the relevant details and what time she would arrive.
I have dealt with Kelly several times over the last 18 months and every time she has been very helpful and sent very good professional carers each time - I would definitely recommend

Signing up with Country Cousins was a straightforward but thorough process. They were able to identify a suitable carer very quickly and we were able to chat to her on the phone ahead of her staying with us.
She inspired confidence as soon as she arrived for the stay and provided excellent, friendly support for my mother in law while we were away.

Our Country Cousin was wonderful company for my mother in law while we were away. She kept her stimulated and interested. She went above and beyond in terms of communication with us, food preparation, cleaning and general housekeeping. My Mother in law felt happy and secure in her home.

Kelly has always been a a great advocate for Country Cousins and has always been supportive never a problem to call her and ready to listen if a situation arises

Country Cousins provided wonderful support for my Dad , Bernadette has been a support for our whole family as well as Dad. Bernadette Shayamunda was wonderfully caring, supportive, and professional throughout always showing compassion and going above and beyond to make sure our amazing Daddy was comfortable and very well looked after for nearly 3 years. We are deeply grateful for her kindness and excellent support.

After one or two trials of other carers, we were so fortunate to get Bernadette Shayamunda to care for my dad. In between care weeks from family, Bernie provided wonderful, caring and supportive attention for my dad for more than 2.5 years from when our mum died until he died this week. She was so flexible in dealing with our dad's needs. We are so grateful to Country Cousins for assigning Bernie and so grateful to her for providing the support my dad needed.

Agnes was great. She went over expectations and was more a friend.

I am a Country Cousin Care Professional. My job can be challenging yet also rewarding. It’s is very important to me to be able to discuss matters with the office. It is always a pleasure to liaise with Bethany Wotton, who is always understanding and has time to have a chat. Emails are always answered. Reassurance always given when needed. Above all she has a sense of humour which is always great!! It’s a pleasure to work with her. Thanks for all you do for myself and the Service Users. You are appreciated!!!

Country Cousins have been just wonderful helping me to negotiate care for my mother. They have provided lovely Carers and have always been at the end of the phone. I have been lucky to have had Bethany Wotton as my Care Coordinator in their office. Always calm and extremely helpful.
