Credit Counsellors Australia is a great company. They gave me true freedom from my financial constraints and liberty from my debts.

A means of finding out outstanding balance online would be very helpful

Credit Counsellor's helped me at at time when I had no idea what to do ,with looking at paying credit cards/loans off for next 25 years. Things are tight now, but in a few years all will be paid. They will also delay a payment if shared among next few payments , if you have a large outlay crop up and can't service the loan payment for that fortnight. Their help is greatly appreciated. I Found Credit Counsellors Australia to be very helpful regarding my situation and have learned how to budget. They have given me peace of mind.
They text me every fortnight to remind me of my payment that comes out from my bank account direct debit.
I would like to suggest a update every six months would be great to see how much I’m owing.
Apart from that I found every member to take time to explain every situation clearly. They had patience with me. with all my fears and questions.
I recommend that anyone that’s in trouble with debt to contact them with out hesitation.

I have had a great experience and a good way to reduce debt affordablely and slowly but quickly and super nice supportive staff who understand if you need to skip a payment or two .

My consultant was empathetic, ensured I 100% understood how this all would work and for the first time in a long time really helped me to feel like I was being totally eaten alive.
The process was smooth, easy to understand with lots of calls to check in and ensure everything was going well.
Even after it was all sorted out, i received a card in the mail to thank me for reaching out and every contact I've had with them since have been helpful, supportive and easy. I really am so glad I found CCA!

Very happy with service without superfluous mail-outs or advertising. At the time of signing the other option would have been bankruptcy :-(
Only one suggestion is that remaining balances and period appear on statements.

We have been playing back our loan for 2 1/2 years without any problems with a direct debit. When we have contacted the staff, they have always been professional and helpful with our query.
What we would like to see is a statement, possibly yearly, of our accounts emailed to us, which would help to see that we are achieving our target.
