I just completed my evaluation with Coach Q. I found him to be very knowledgeable about credit and how important it is to maintain a healthy credit profile. As a college-educated female, I was never taught the importance of having and maintaining healthy credit. I have spent countless monies and time trying to correct information on my credit file only to be defeated but Coach Q took the time not only to explain the why and the how. This website isn’t legit because it’s not opening up. Today is 2/7/26 and I’ve tried my desktop, my two tablets and my iPhone. And the website is not opening up. I don’t know what’s going on. I wanted to try it out but I guess not.

I've been using the software for about two months, and my score went from 605 to 765. The software is very easy to use, and now I even have my husband working on it as well.

I'm not saying it's magic, but it works. Took a couple weeks and I thought, "here we go again." Then boom got an alert, a collection was deleted, and my whole mood changed.

I tried my credit approve and it was completely horrible, they are super eager to get your payment and info just to add to identity IQ to make it look like they're doing something but they do nothing and it's a coincidence that the next time they do something is the same day the payment is supposed to be taken complete SCAM!!!

I originally signed up for DIY but ended up upgrading and I’m glad I did the staff is amazing and on point. But if you are organized I suggest doing DIY you will enjoy all the letters and systems you will learn to get those negative items removed.

I was referred to use this company by my realtor since I'm looking to buy a house but need to get some items removed first. I'm so glad she did because not only did they remove the negative items they helped me boost my score fast so I can get a great buy down rate. Looking forward to closing next month.

Terrible. Costs me hundreds!! Nothing happened, and they refuse to reply to emails, phone calls and texts. And the number they give to call is 100% BS. STAY AWAY!!
