This company refused to honor their 30-day money back guarantee. Here is what I wrote: “I just signed up for the 39.99/month plan with my credit approve. Although it has an abundance of useful information, very little of it applied to my personal situation. Consequently, I have canceled my account and would like a refund of 39.99, in accordance with your 30-day money back guarantee.” I canceled within an hour of purchasing. But I did not hear back. I called their number & someone said they will look into it, and get back to me. They noted there was “activity” on my account - whatever that means. That was weeks ago. I did not hear back (again). Just received $39.99 of my money and ran with it. I did not find Coach Q’s advice helpful, either. I cannot recommend this company.

Customer service is in a league of there own. I purchased the software. Had trouble logging on at 11 pm contacted Dee around 12 am and she started to help. I left it said I deal with it in the morning. 8:30 Dee had all my login info ready for me in an email. I have never had such great customer service ever. Thanks Dee your the Best

So please with not only the results so far, but the deification and attention of the staff and customer service. Even though I have the DIY membership, the staff is always there to assist and guide me if I need help.

It was a step by step process and they guided my through answer all questions and the most important thing is it taught my financial literacy. I can't believe this software worked! I'm literally lost for words right now! I started this software program 04/16/23 and I got my results back 05/11/23 and literally all of my collections and charge backs are gone! I tried 5 credit repair companies in my state and none of them worked. I almost gave up but something told me to try to do it by myself.

I went to college with Coach Q and didn't even know he taught this or had a company. I stumble on his channel trying to remove a couple of chargebacks. I always knew he was a genius. His software (MyCreditapprove.com) has blew my expectations by far. The Software imported all of my credit data and gave me instructions on how to remove them. Ive never fixed my credit before and I wouldve never thought I would be able to repair my own credit! I've used the my credit approve software and its amazing. I removed a total of 2 items so far and my score have went up 42 points. Im so excited!

I wanna take the time out and actually write a real review. First and foremost this was My first ever credit company I have worked with and at I first I was extremely nervous. But if you need your credit repaired give this company a chance I did. I signed up in January and since than every month my credit score has improved significantly. So much so I was just approved for my new car when I was just denied last summer because I didn't have a co-signer. I am internally grateful for what this company has done for me many more and I can't wait to see what the future progress this company will provide for me in the future.

Shout out to Coach Q and his team. I signed up for the diamond package February 21,2023 and they literally scrubbed my credit report clean. Lol I dont know what magic you guys have done but it have been game changer for opportunities for me. Thank you Coach Q

I was hesitant to sign up at first because of the bad reviews I was reading. But for some reason something told me to DM Coach Q and get my own perspective. I’m glad I did, These guys have helped me and wife reach our credit goals and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m actually getting approved for high limit credit cards. We signed up February 23,2023 and our score have went up 111 points and my wife score went up 67 points ( her credit were better then mines) I will refer them to anyone any any day of the week. This company have helped me so much. I’ve started with Coach Q team 4 months ago and My score and reports have never been this good. I’ve just read some of the reviews and I feel bad for the other people but My score have went up 76 points onTransUnion and 58 points on Equifax. I believe they have remove 14 items total. I’m a single parent and has literally changed my life. Everyone experiences with this will be different. They customer service team need a little tuning but overall I’m very appreciative and I would recommend them to anyone.

I took the time out of my day to write an honest review about my experience with MyCreditApprove.com because I think it's important. To get to the point, please don't spend your hard earned money with this company.

I 100% believe this company is a scam. All of those short reviews that are nothing but "Rainbows and butterflies," are likely written by friends, family, and people who work for them. If you're discerning, it's obvious which ones are real and which ones are fake.

I’ve had nothing but issues with MyCreditApprove.com since signing up on 03-24-23. I signed up for the $99.99 plan (Let Us Do It), and also had to sign up for IdentityIQ on top of it which is another $25-30 a month. I had high hopes after seeing Coach Q's videos on YouTube. Unfortunately, the reality of this company is a different story.

I wouldn't recommend either of these companies to anyone. If I could rate them 0 stars out of 5, I wouldn’t even hesitate. They’re sincerely that bad.

First off, getting in touch with anyone from MyCreditApprove is a nightmare. Trying via a phone call, leaving a voicemail, scheduling with their calendar, chat messaging on their website - It's an absolute joke. You will not get a welcome call within the first 48hrs like you would with any of the legitimate repair companies in the industry. They simply do NOT want to talk to you. Your account is on auto-draft, and the less they communicate, the more money they make (so they think).

You essentially have three avenues while trying to get in contact with them:

1. Intercom Chat on their website: There is a chat bubble that you can message them with. Mark is who has been replying to me since I signed up. It takes days for him to respond and he always finishes every short reply with:

"If you have questions, please schedule a call with one of our dispute account managers for a credit review:

(He sends a link to Calendly)"

2. Calendly: The issue with the calendar link is the first appointment that's available is on 05-11-23!!! Today is 05-01-23! What company charges $100 a month and makes their customers wait 10 days to schedule an appointment? A scam company, that's who!

3. Calling Customer Service (866-732-6927): If you call them and choose option 2 (Customer Service), they won't ever answer! It always leads you straight to their voicemail. If you decide to leave a message, you will not receive a call back! The only way to get someone on the phone is to choose option 1, which is for "New Service." They will gladly help you get signed up, but once you pay... you'll never hear a peep from them.

Secondly, they don't have you sign the dispute letters when they send the first round. This will guarantee you a "Stall Letter" from all three Reporting Agencies which is what MyCreditApprove.com wants! This will delay any and all progress by 45-60 days and will put an extra $100-200 in their hands and out of yours! The three Reporting Agencies will basically deny the letters by saying:

"We received a recent request regarding your credit information that does not appear to have been sent directly by you or to be authorized by you. As a precautionary measure, we have not taken any action on your alleged request."

I sent the message below via the MyCreditApprove.com Intercom Chat (because it's the only way to communicate with this terrible company) on 04-22-23. It took Mark an entire week to reply:

"I just uploaded the response from TransUnion which was basically the same as Experian. Your team has shown a significant lack of professionalism regarding the first round of letters that have been sent. I spent $100 for absolutely no reason and I'm VERY upset with this crap so far!

I have used other credit repair companies, and ALL of them have had me sign the dispute letters that have been sent out. Your team didn't, and now we're a month behind and I'm out $100.

What I'm the world is going on? I think it would be best to ask for a refund and move on to a more professional company."

He replied on 04-28-23 with:

"Hi! We escalated your concern to the dispute team for the counter letter about the stall responses you have received from the Credit Bureaus. I will make follow-up with them again.

If you have questions, please schedule a call with one of our dispute account managers for a credit review:

(He sends a link to Calendly)

Thank you!"

It's now 05-01-23 and I'm over it. I have been charged $200 total, and I haven't been able to speak to anyone who works there. I have called numerous times and even left a few voicemails with no returned calls.

BEWARE of MyCreditApprove.com. They're a terrible business and should be shut down immediately.
