My Credit Approve turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Their tools and insights showed me what was really dragging me down. And the customer service? Wow. Nothing was done in 7 months. Its impossible to get them on the phone. They answer text messages about a week after they are sent... BUYER BEWARE

The support staff seem more than willing to help. This service can not execute what is advertised. I maintained the same credit score the entire time I was on the program. Nothing was removed. nothing was wiped. Nothing was cleared (besides my bank account).

I signed up for the Diamond Package with My Credit Approve, LLC (MCA), expecting professional credit repair services. After six months, my credit score has dropped by over 40 points, and I have received only three calls from their team with no meaningful updates on my progress.

MCA promotes a 180-day money-back guarantee, yet after multiple attempts to contact Quintel and the team through direct messages, emails, and phone calls, I have been ignored for two weeks. The lack of communication and accountability is disappointing and does not reflect the integrity they advertise.

I am requesting a full refund of $1,500 as promised in their guarantee. Unfortunately, my experience with MCA has been frustrating, and I cannot recommend their services to others. I hope they take accountability and honor their commitment to customer satisfaction.

“ SCAMMERS “ note, I repeat do not pay them to repair your credit. You will be ripped off. You will call during normal business hours they will not answer you were scheduled phone calls. They will not keep appointments. They will take your money for months and months and your credit would never change. And they will go ghost on you.

Worst service ever .. I have told them through email 6 times to cancel my service . But they choose not to ... I guess because they are thief's.. don't waste your time with this losers . They not gana cancel so don't even bring .. shitty business

It worked perfectly. I did exactly what Coach Q said in his video on YouTube and the item were removed in two days. The software was easy and it wasn't complicated. We'll definitely use again.

Couch Q and his hack is goated. He taught how to remove everything. I used his software to help my mom and big sister to remove they debt also. Appreciate you bro!

I was a bit of a skeptic at first, didn't think a software could really make a dent in my credit issues. But, wow, was I wrong. Not only is the customer support ace - quick to respond and dead helpful - but the amount I've learned about credit from My Credit Approve is insane. It's like, now I've got the insider info on how to boost my score effectively.

Before I jumped on My Credit Approve, fixing my credit felt like climbing Everest - totally daunting. But the customer service team? They are legends. Alwasy there when I hig a snag or just needed reassurance I was on the right track. Plus, I've learned heaps about credit along way. Now managing my finances feels like a breeze instead of a burden.

I wish I could submit zero stars. Q this message is for you and the 2 representatives you have taking the slack for your company. This is not a game I would like a refund of $221.99. From May1 to June1 I have not received any service not 1 dispute letter. You have all my information and I respectfully ask that you return my money. I have screenshots and have emailed you several times but you will not reply. Please don’t let greed get in the way of your company progress. If you haven’t provided a service knowingly what would make you entitled to keep someone’s money. I am filing a police report cause I see your intention are not fruitful.

I personally signed up with coach Q. and he himself told me he was gonna get back to me in 30 days for and update and NOTHING HAPPENED!!! I'm not sure why after 8 phone calls 4 emails. No one has gotten back to me yet! The Communication with this company is ridiculous.

During the sign-up process, I requested somebody reach out to me to go over the process overall. I was assured someone will reach out Within 24 hours. After 72 hours, I continue to request someone to give me a call, and I was unable to get anybody on the phone.

Anytime I called the customer service number. It went straight to voicemail and I was sent an automated message. That message requested me send a text message voicing my concern. I sent a text message and still no response. I have requested that company cancel my membership and provide a full refund however, I have not received a response This was done. I’m currently in the process of filing a complaint Consumer protection agencies to get a refund.

I'm going to be completely honest. My scores sucked when I first signed up. It took Coach Q and his team 7 months to remove two repossessions. I'm not complaining because I don't have to worry about it any longer, but I didn't think it'll take that long.
