Took over 3 months to receive first magazine

The first issue was lost in the mail. I had to contact customer service twice and I was never given any tracking number to know when the first magazine issue would arrive. It arrived twice after I canceled the subscription. I wasn’t very impressed with the magazine. I think this place is a scam and I don’t trust spending money with them ever again.

Magazine has not arrived. I contacted customer service a few weeks ago and they said to wait or contact local post office. Magazine still has not arrived and local post office no help.

The magazine never arrived. We called and they extended our subscription. That wasn’t satisfactory. I was going to give the magazine as a gift t several a children. I will select from another company

The magazine was not delivered as promised. I called twice and was given new dates for arrival. The third date came and went again without delivery. When I told them it was unacceptable they told me that the number of issues was also reduced. I canceled both of my orders.

I ordered the magazine and paid for it the first week of January. Graham did not receive an issue until last week. It was the March/April issue. That was an awful long time to wait for a subscription.

The delivery time was awful!! Ordered for Christmas the first magazine came last week.

You’re asking me to review a product I still haven’t received. I ordered in early January and here it is the middle of April and haven’t received either of the two magazines I ordered.

I ordered the subscription in beginning of January and just got my first magazine in April. I called multiple times and customers service told me to just wait. What a waste of a subscription! Having to pay and then wait 4 months is ridiculous!

My great niece loves the magazine and keeps asking her mother when the next issue will arrive.

I never received my subscription. I waited almost 4 months and nothing came. When I called customer service they said it looked like the order was shipped so there was nothing they could do about it but extend my subscription date. There was never a tracking # on my order so I don’t know what happened. I didn’t trust that it wouldn’t continue to happen so I cancelled. It’s a shame because we were very excited about the magazines. We ordered two separate series.
