I grew up reading cricket in the 70’s. My youngest nephew is now enjoying Babybug 50 years later. Few things in life are as persistently good and reliable.

My grandson loves it and reads it page by page.

I ordered a magazine subscription on 1/3 and it is 4/3 and I still have not received any magazine(s). Customer service has been unable to resolve it and asked me to check my address with the post office.

The Cricket publications are excellent for children.

I never received my magazines. It’s March 31 and I ordered them on January 1

I’ve tried multiple times to unsubscribe to marketing emails without success.

I love the magazines and was buying a few gift subscriptions. I was disappointed with not being able to easily send/print a card with the picture of the magazine the way I used to do in the past, so the gift recipient (child) knows something exciting is coming.

My child enjoys Cricket magazines! They are very entertaining and informative. We have been reading them since he was 6; he is 11 now. I really appreciate the different age groups and themes of the magazines.

I ordered Muse magazine for my granddaughter for Christmas. It's now almost APRIL and she has yet to receive one issue.

I really liked how much was included and how it includes stories from readers. The extras are also a lot of fun.

Almost three months later, I haven’t received any magazines.

It was almost impossible to get your website to take my credit card to pay for the subscription - something was badly wrong. I did hear from the recipient that the first magazine was a great hit with her bright 3 year old, but it was more of a struggle than I have experienced otherwise.

They should keep only active subscriptions, or at least have the option to show only active. It’s difficult to scroll thru their multi-page list that includes long-expired subscriptions.

It’s also difficult to log in. I feel like it’s a miracle whenever I finally manage it.

Grandkids love the publications though!

I like to read these with my brothers. There are lots of things I never knew and the stories are fun.

Your site both told me I placed an order as well as sent me many emails claiming that my order wasn’t complete. You gave me a fake tracking number for our first magazine and then told me it would take 6 weeks to receive the first magazine even though I paid for the separate single issue. Just a horrible customer experience all around.

Our son loves getting his little magazine in the mail! We will sit and read for about an hour, over and over. He loves the pictures and stories!

The Ladybug magazine was very interesting for my grandson.

It takes too long for you to send a subscription.

Lovely magazine but relative isn’t interested in it. How do I stop this subscription?
