We don't get them every month like we're supposed to.

Wonderful content for kids and young adults. My neices and nephews love looking out for the latest issue in the mail.

I ordered BabyBug as a gift for my Grandaughter. The ordering process went smoothly and she loves getting the magazine in the mail. I remember getting Cricket Magazine when I was in elementary school, so that makes it extra special!

My granddaughter loves her Baby Bug magazine. I subscribed to Baby Bug, Ladybug, and Cricket for my boys through their growing-up years and I am so grateful you are still around for my grandchildren.

Each Cricket mag. is carefully written for the general vocabulary of the age group. I, as a grand parent, find that interesting and consider it important to learning.

We love your “Ask” magazine. I had to talk to a customer service rep on the phone about a problem with ordering a back-issue of the magazine. I talked to a real person who understood the issue and solved the problem.

My children can't resist this magazine. The variety of forms engages each of their unique tastes: my daughter loves the art, fiction, and reader submissions, while my middle son goes straight for the crossword puzzle and non-fiction, and my kindergartner pores over the cartoons and begs me to read every page. The only problem we run into is how quickly the magazine falls into tatters from constant use (and the ravages of the baby).

Sweet, beautifully illustrated little magazines for the baby. Fairly durable. No advertising in them. As he gets older he will appreciate getting his own mail.

Magazines not received, my correspondence to you not answered

I ordered a magazine for my 7 year old grandson for Christmas. He has NEVER received one issue. I called weeks ago and was offered an extended subscription and assurance he would immediately receive his magazine. Another few weeks went by and NOTHING. This phone call was for cancelation and refund.

I purchased the Baby Bug subscription for our 20 month old granddaughter. She absolutely loves it, especially that it is her very own magazine. The magazine is educational and beautifully illustrated. Well worth the purchase.

My magazine subscription for my granddaughter was delivered to my house instead of here’s 2 months in a row. Waiting to see if it is corrected now but not confident it will be. The address on the account is correct. I also asked for a current magazine to be sent to her address but that isn’t happening. I was told the problem would be corrected next month. So now I have to mail it to her.

Magazines are repeats of what they were several years ago. New issues are almost identical to old ones. We are disappointed by the lack of new content.

Cricket's marketing is obscenely aggressive. I bought a subscription for my friend's daughters and I was deluged with spam - at least one email daily, usually more. There was no option to unsubscribe only to marketing messages so I emailed Cricket asking to receive only important correspondence such as renewal notices. My first email got no reply so I sent another, angry and profane. I got a response promising to end the spam but more marketing crap showed up in my inbox before the day was out, so I unsubscribed to all, and yet I still got this review request.
