Love the Magazines however we're already experiencing missing Magazines. This was a Christmas gift.

Bought subscription to Muse for our 10 year old granddaughter. She looks forward to each upcoming issue and reads it immediately upon receiving it.

Not many options for intelligent literature in a magazine format aimed at children. Appreciate that there is limited advertising. Subscription began quickly and my 10-year old nephew seems to have enjoyed his first couple of issues. Anything to get him and his brothers from playing video games on their ipads!

Twice I have subscribed to Baby Bug magazine for grandchildren. Both times the magazine did not appear.We waited several months. When I called to inquire, on 3 different occasions I was told "it got lost in the mail". This feels like a scam. You took my money and did not send the magazine. I ordered on October20, and after I called, the magazine showed up in January.

Terrible service; incorrect billing.

My kids enjoy the magazine. They look forward to checking the mail. We read them over and over until they fall apart

Don’t like auto renew as children get older and need different publications

No magazine after 3 months. I called to ask where it was, and theynsaid 4-6 weeks after purchase is when it arrives. I guess they don't understand 3 months is longer than that. They wanted to then reissue, but i would have to wait another 4-6 weeks. No thanks, I canceled. Then they tried to sell me on a baby book special. Get lost

Ordered for my grandson in Oct... he never got the first issue and still waiting. When I asked they said they did not have the Nov issue anymore and he should get an issue Jan 15 we will see. Also not sure if we will still get our full subscription of issues since he did not get first one

Great educational stories and songs for kids. I wish they released more editions in Spanish.

Still waiting on delivery after three months

I’ve been sending these magazines to my grandchildren for 10 years. From Babybug , Ladybug, & Ask- they love reading them over & over again & then they are passed down through the family! Great educational products!

I was waiting for my niece’s subscription to arrive and never did . And I waited and waited for the magazine to arrive. I finally called and said your credit card declined was the reason to magazine never arrived. If I had been notified of no payment I could have rectified the situation immediately, my niece could have received her subscription earlier and I could have ordered another subscription by now . Still waiting for the first subscription to arrive. It better , I paid already and I have a confirmation. Nothing was initiated by Criket , very poor customer communication

February 1 2025 still no first issue !!!!! Do Not Order Anything!!!!!

I was reassured by a live agent that the subscription will arrive in January 2025 and I believed them . I am still waiting . I want a refund.
