I have subscribed to Babybug, Ask, and Muse for my 3 children (between 2 and 12). The contents of each magazine are interesting and engaging to inquisitive minds.

Delivered before Christmas

I love getting Cricket magazines for children I know. I do wish I could subscribe at one time online for multiple children in one house or multiple children in different houses. Other than that, I couldn’t be more satisfied as the children I give them to always enjoy them.

My daughter loved Ladybug Magazine as a little girl, and now she has a three year old son, so they’re 2nd generation readers!

I never received my baby bug magazine and could not find my email that showed I had purchased it so had no way to contact anyone.
I love your magazine, but was very disappointed that I did not receive it.

Hi. I don't really like the content of the magazine. It's not fun or interesting to read.

The subscription website is very clunky. I purchased a BABYBUG magazine subscription for my grandson, but it was difficult to figure out how to navigate around the website to find the subscription, and that the online version of the magazine was not covered by the hard copy magazine subscription. There was no option for a one-click purchase of both a hard copy and an online subscription, none that I could find anyway.
It might be interesting for your company to find out how many subscriptions are purchased by grandparents, who would appreciate a more user-friendly format for subscribers to purchase or end subscriptions.

I love Cricket Magazines. My granddaughter loves her Click subscription! However, getting delivery started in a timely manner was a challenge. Customer service wasn’t very helpful. One representative said the magazine would be arriving weeks before it actually did. They did add one extra month because of the problems getting it started (after I asked what they could do to compensate).

This is the most fabulous Magazine. I received it when my children were young and have now subscribed for my granddaughter in Canada! She is only three and absolutely loved it.

Yes, it's a wonderful mag. I've written for them for 30 years, on & off. Ownership has now changed & Cricket takes work from writers & illustrators around the world, & DOESN'T PAY them. You ask & ask, you beg & threaten, & Cricket just ignores you & the contract they signed with you. Worse still, they not only use your work once in their magazines, they use it multiple times in the educational material the new owner now produces. And not a cent to the creators. Cricket is still calling for submissions, & many young & aspiring writers & illustrators are being fooled into thinking they'll get the payment offered. We creators are helpless against such unscrupulous practices. Please help by threatening to cancel your subscription & cite the reason why. Thank you, Kate Walker

Colorful design and easy uncluttered text.

I am the grandmother who ordered Ladybug for my grandkids. I placed the order in February but the kids didn’t receive their first issue until I investigated the delay — in July! That’s a problem!

We signed up in the early summer, so it took a while for us to get our first issue, but when it came the kids ran back to the house waving their magazines SUPER excited about them. The biggest perk is that we don't have to take them back to the library, we get to keep them at home for all of the experiments/crafts we want. Great material, the science is so kid friendly and engaging, I love it.

I ordered a combined print and digital subscription as a gift. Two months later neither had been received. I called and asked for the email address for the parent to be changed and for the subscription to be checked. The customer service representative said she would re-start the subscription, but it would take a month. The emails keep coming to me in the child's name. I'm not sure if or when the subscription will ever be received by this child.

It’s impossible to access digital subscriptions and I’m unable to log in properly. I e reached out several times to no avail. I will not be renewing.

I got the magazine for my 9 year old, not interested in the magazine. Tried reading it together but I didn't even get entertained. Live and learn

Easy subscription setup and feedback. Good magazine with quality stories and articles. Not quite the Cricket from my childhood, but clearly related.
