typical ordering and communication issues when ordering items from China. They sent the wrong size shoes to me, and I am still waiting for clear directions and communication over a week later on how I will return the shoes and how I will be refunded. Apparently, I can get a store credit? The customer service has been subpar and if the warehouse people would have paid attention in the 1st place this wouldn't have happened. I'm still waiting....This is why I don't like dealing with non English speakers and foreign company's. I won't be ordering again.

The merchandise arrived on time. Shoes wasn’t shipped in box wrapped in plastic and was crushed. I’m hoping my shoe spoons will give them some kind of shape.

When ordered a leather bomber jacket it took two months to tell me that you were out of stock. I then requested a refund, then you told me you found another supplier. It took another month to get it from Hong Kong China, an enemy of the United States. Whe I finally received the product it was not what I order, the jacket I received did not fit and was made of polyester not leather. I paid 652.00$ for a jacket I can buy here in the U.S. for 100.00$.

I have NOT received my purchase yet. I have been emailing and checking the tracking but no response as to when it will arrive. I will not be purchasing again!

Easy to find what I was looking for. The only issue is that you don't show 1/2 size equivalent to US sizes so I just bought the next larger size.

I ordered a little over a week ago and still haven't had any update or ability to track my order? I'm concerned if I am going to receive my order anytime soon...

Not happy with the product I would like to return this.

The watch I ordered had a broken winder that broke off completely once I took it out of the box.

I purchased a jeans and a sunglasses for my husband. I am so anxious it will not arrive on time for his birthday. A day before his birthday, the package arrive in a good condition. Sorry to Daniella if I keep bugging her for the status of the package.

Thank you for the smooth transaction. I love the jeans. Also for the sunglasses, I received it damaged but Daniella replaced it immediately. It just take one photo and good to go. Topnotch experience!
