I would like to thank Lucy Bird for the exceptional customer service quality. She is to attentive, very responsive and supportive. It is a small enquiry but she gave all her attention to solve this matter for us as a company.

The team went above and beyond in every regard with setting up my account, answering queries, meter upgrades and were a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Not only did she resolve things, but she was excellent to deal with, very professional and to top it off very friendly and warm and really pleasant to deal with.
