I recently received exceptional service from Natalie Knight, who is friendly and very helpful. Natalie assisted us for creating an online account, setting up all the payments to be taken by direct debit and everything that we needed was sorted so quickly. Her professionalism and helpfulness made us more convenient in dealing with Crown Gas; not only with this experience but also in previous occasions too.

We have recently swapped our multiple gas contracts to Crown. Helen was very helpful today helping to sort out the invoices and setting up the direct debit. Very professional. Thank you!

Emailed my request for copy invoices and DD mandate and Helen immediately telephoned me and then sent what i required and linked my new account to my other accounts in the portal.

Helen has been a great help, always gets back to me the same day regarding queries and never makes a mistake, which is extremely rare from my experience!
