They steal money from me. I have already submitted a complaint to the ftc and the attorney general, but they're cowards because they didn't answer to them. These people are horrible they should be on American Greed for all the money they've stolen from everybody that used their machines.

I sent my CSC card for a refund on March 1st and on June 22nd I don’t have the money yet.
I’ve already call at least 10 times and they always have different answers, it’s a mess!
We’re moving to another country so they’re going to steal 38$ from us.

Routinely Steals Money
Routinely steals money from you and it's very hard to get back. The app barely works, which is the only way to start the machines in my apartment complex. This company should be shutdown as soon as possible.

Lord knows if I could give -1 I would. I've complained/submitted request at least 15 times about the same machines breaking down over and over. After 4 months we were to scheduled to have new machines delivered yesterday. Nobody showed up, nobody called or emailed to say the date has been changed. All you get is emails that say " I'm reaching out to our operations team". The team must consist of 1 person nationwide because this is the most unprofessional, unconcerned, inconsiderate company I've ever dealt with in my life. This company needs to be shut down because people will be better off washing their clothes by hand like in 1920.

CSC Never Fails to Make Life Stressful
CSC never fails to make life stressful. Their app often glitches and their prices continually rise ($6.75) for a "light" wash and dry.
Recently I asked one of their technicians, who was in my apartment complex fixing a broken machine (which happens often), to empty the quarters in a machine that was getting full. He refused, saying that I would need a separate work order to do that.
This week I was doing laundry before going out of town. Halfway through the wash, the machine broke down, would not drain, and flashed "out of order." To make matters worse, the washer door remained locked, so the clothes I needed for my trip were locked in a pool of soapy water and I could not get to them.
I miss the old fashioned, top-loading machines my building used to have. While they were not fancy and high-tech, they always worked.

This company only continues to get worse. Thr apartment complex has installed these machines and it has been nothing but a nightmare. First, paying with the digital cards is beyond a hassle. Most of the laundry rooms are under ground so you can't get service to start the machines. You have to exit the room and come back.
Beyond that, I have requested numerous refunds for faulty machines. I have also requested the machines be serviced by a technician, not once has a technician ever come out. One of the dryers has been broken for over 6 months. I request a service at least once a month without any help. One of the machines charged my account twice on numerous occasions. I was told to contact support via email for a faster response. I asked when I could expect a response and was told "we will respond in a timely manner" and hung up on me. It's been weeks and still no response. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

This company is absolutely horrible. If I could give them a zero star rating that would still be too high for them. My apartment complex used them, and had nothing but problems with the machines. So they recently switched. We residents had to use their app to pay for the machines. That is clearly their scam! When the machines were removed, I requested a refund of the remaining balance in my account in order to close the account. Anywhere else, this would be a simple process but not with this company. Refund did not process and I contacted the company by phone and chat about 15 times before finally getting a rep who had me send screenshots of the refund request and that I can’t resubmit because it hasn’t processed. But she isn’t able to refund, she has to send to someone else. And that “someone else” has 2 weeks to reply to her. By that time, I’m at almost a month and still no refund. So I highly doubt I’ll see any money back and fully expect they will continue to lie and say this isn’t the usual case. But other online reviews tell similar stories. As the old adage goes “10,000 men can’t be wrong.” This company has an F with the BBB, and I can totally see why. DO NOT USE THIS CROOKED THIEVING COMPANY!!

Thievery at its best!
Last week I did a 2 loads of laundry at 2 different prices. It cost me $7.50 the previous week, and the next week ( last Thursday in fact) the price went up again ( less than a week later) it went up again to $8.50.After calling them they told me the owner raised the price. Guess what? I spoke with the owner and he didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Turns out CSC is robbing us blind. They are raising the price without speaking with anyone in authority like the owners.

Agree with the other terrible reviews. The dryer at my complex only ever seems to get clothes 80% dry, even a small load. I submitted a refund request via the app and it’s over a month with no response. Contacted their customer service via email, and again, no response. And since I have a refund request “pending”, I can’t submit another request for money their machines stole.
They claim to be “best-in-class”, and that’s true if their “class” is “how to provide bad service and worse customer service”.
My advice, if you have their machines at your complex, however convenient they may be, do yourself a favor and go to a laundry mat or find a different laundry service. Save yourself the headache.

They want you to deposit money into an account to use on the laundry machines. Irritating, but whatever, except they automatically charge google pay when you use th QR code. Basically they rob you of your deposit amount and then without even asking they charge your card too.
Edit: No!! It does not help. I used your app to scan the code and it took money out of my debit while keeping the money I already gave you!!! There was no opening a website. It just takes it directly from the card. It did this twice. I deleted your app, because youre thieves. You stole that money!!!

Terrible Maintenance Wait Times
I have a service request for dryer 404-HFL in our apartment complex that I logged a month ago. The machine has not yet been repaired and the ticket still shows as being 'on the technicians schedule'. I called customer service a couple of days ago and after waiting on the phone for 20+ minutes I spoke to a customer service agent and they said they would try and get a technician out in a day or two but so far nothing has happened.

CSC ServiceWorks air Machine and Refund System does NOT Work
CSC Service Works own an air machine (for filling tires) at the UDF store at the corner of Delta Avenue and Linwood Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio, 45208. After previous times of the machine not working, I decided to try it again this morning (5/5/2024). The machine "ran", as in it made noise, but the nozzle failed to produce any air. I tried it on 4 different bicycle tires and got nothing.
I logged onto the website to get a refund and received an error there as well: "Error fetching http headers". I tried 3 times and got nothing.
It seems nothing at CSC ServiceWorks actually works.
I realize $2.50 isn't going to break my bank, but I think that's how they make their money: provide machines that don't work and a refund / service system that doesn't work either. $2.50 multiplied by thousands of customers can make you a lot of money.
If it says CSC ServiceWorks on the machine - go elsewhere.

This is literally the worst service…
This is literally the worst service ever. I have been trying to close my account for 2 months but because a $3.00 refund hasn’t been processed since March 5th, it is preventing me from closing my account and have the remaining balance returned to my credit card. I’m pretty sure this is actually theft at this point. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone there because you’ll spend hours on hold only to be disconnected when they transfer your call to someone else. This company needs to be shut down. I have thousands of dollars in damaged clothing from their faulty, defective and filthy machines but they literally don’t care. They refuse to take any responsibility for the service you pay them to provide.

You have to give a star and that is Ludacris. Your company should be shut down. You have units in welfare buildings were people can't afford laundry then charge a card fee and then charge almost 3 bucks to wash and dry a load so 6 dollars!!!!!!??? I've been forced to use the machines for almost 4 years it has robbed me countless times including today. The machines smell they are unkempt and never in order. You should be ashamed as a company your all trash and that's facts. You could buy me a washer and dryer with how much the company has ripped me off and who reads stupid ars reviews about laundry machines. My time is wasted doing this but had to share the horror stories of how pathetic and inconsistent your machines are. Never refund never own up to your properties mishaps it's a joke. Shame on the company shame on the owner for not seeing the type of business and unsatisfied customers as they get rich they don't give a damn about us. It's just pathetic such as this bankrupt to be business joke fake plastic the whole 9 should round up every machine and drop them off the edge of a cliff!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The machines never worked in the first place and it would take forever to get a tech out. There would be an average of 3 out of 15 machines that actually worked. Most would would take your money and leave you wet clothes. Then the company promised new machines for our complex with fancy do your laundry from the app service. What we got was the same junky machines and a pain in the but to try to pay for your laundry. My clothes still don't get dry. How on earth is this company still in business?!

Company Gains Revenue At The Expense Of Residence And Unethical Management That Refused To Reinvest In Its Operations
What I wrote to customer I have made multiple request that a dedicated service technician visit our Greystar apartment community. I want to speak to a district manager that manages the machines on this property. Half of our machines do not work and the dryers do not dry. This unethical company is robbing people on a fixed income with an abuse of technology that isn’t reinvesting in its operations. I will be speaking to the Greystar property management team about this pervasive issue. I want a refund of $20.00 . A credit needs to be issued on my accounts (removed).com. I have spent three hours of my morning going from floor to floor and seeing other residents to the same in search for an operable machine. I hope that with enough bad reviews that you r owner will get off the beach in the sand and take a look at this lazy management and make a real difference in the world without robbing people. We just want our closed washed. I am posting a review next and I look forward to hearing from the district manager.
