Shady AF!
Shady AF!! Frequent issues with machines not starting. Stopped processing refunds through the app for me over a year ago. Left that refund request pending so no other can be submitted. No one answers the phone. Website page for refunds has a dead ‘continue’ button. Thieves, plain and simple.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam! I have charges from CSC Service Works that mysteriously appeared out of nowhere. The only place I could think of how the charges started was from a local laundry mat, however, the laundry mat front desk person had no idea what I was talking about. I tried calling CSC Serviceworks to find out where the charges were coming from (and to get my account information) and was told to hold while they transferred me to the department that handles accounts. I ended up waiting on hold for an hour and no answer, I called back the next day and waited on hold for another hour again! I think they purposely don't answer for a lengthy period of time so that the consumer would just hang up and give up on obtaining their refund. I had to end up going through the headache of canceling the debit card that had the unauthorized charges and filing a fraud complaint to retrieve some of my funds back. I plan on emailing them as well, hopefully that would work, we shall see! CSC Serviceworks, your customer service is horrible and you should be transparent about customers account information when asked, the long hold times are ridiculous! And you should be ashamed of yourselves! The one star negative reviews are very accurate and you should be put out of business ASAP!
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Dishonest, 0 customer service! I have been trying for over a month to get them to remove their equipment with no response. Takes weeks to get repairs responded to, but they show up to take the money on a regular basis.
Their android app is completely broken
Their android app is completely broken. They randomly signed me out and my login no longer works. I had $10 in credit on my account to do my laundry at my apartment, and there's no space to put my own machines in.
This company is a scam.
Edit to reply: The account used to be on a google workspace account, but I deleted that account and moved the domain to a different email host, then it broke, even though the email address is the same.

He is dishonest and unprofessional. I am the manager at a building in Brooklyn filled with seniors. The company agreed to replace 4 machines which were 14 years old with 4 new machines keeping the same price to wash. Before the delivery they called me and said they can only replace one and keep the same price which I agreed. Only to have them double the price without changing any machine. A month later they changed one machine with an old top-load washer which is not functional for seniors. I called to complain and when I spoke with Brain Burke over the phone, he agreed to replace all 4 machines with new machines if I agreed to the price increase, which I did. He also agrees to issue 19 cards with a $5 credit. What he did was deliver 4 old rusty machines one is still not working properly. HE PULLED A BAIT AND SWITCH! He is refusing to resolve the issue, he is refusing to take my calls, and he is refusing to fix the broken machine. He is refusing to keep his word, he is lying about what we agree on. He refuses to give me his supervisor's email or number. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, the people they hire are dishonest. I will report him to New York state!
This company is the worst company
This company is the worst company. They are scam artists and continually raise prices. They don't fix problems with their machines,bI have repeatedly reported problems with the dryers without repairs being completed. They only allow you to request a refund once and I have probably lost at least $50. and I've received $3.50 back.

This company ought to be ashamed of theirselves. Without notice, they doubled the price on their washing and drying machines. The machines I am referencing is on a property that only has poor low fixed income seniors who are not allowed to have washers and dryers in their apartment. SHAME on this company. And to make matters worse, they lied to me when I asked them who initialized the increase and said the property initialized it. These people are GREEDY AND LIARS.

Worst service ever
I have intentionally waited almost a week to write this review so I could make sure my emotions were not involved and just state the facts. If I could give this app zero stars, I would, but we all know that's not how the rating system works. I have had to use the CSC laundry app 5 times at 5 different campgrounds and each time it was a pain in the backside. Two of the times using the app I've had to report to CSC Service Works because a machine wasn't working. Both times ended in my blood boiling over ineptness and a head ache, like a real physical head ache. This last time the machine took my money, I followed the directions and pressed start and it then gave me an error and wouldn't start. I downloaded the service works app like the instructions said in order to report a problem with the machine, but when I scanned the "license plate" on the machine it told me the machine didn't exist. So, I called the company to report the issue. Of course you are placed on hold immediately and every 30 seconds a recording would come on saying "your time is important to us, we will be with you shortly". Apprently that is a lie because 30 minutes of my time later someone finally came on the line. When I said I was reporting a machine that wasn't working they asked for the "license plate" of the machine. I read it off the machine to her and she said, "that machine doesn't exist." I said, "it does, I'm looking at it, and it took my money." She asked to put me on hold again so I could be transferred to someone who could refund my money. 15 minutes later I had to start all over with the conversation. I literally roll my eyes and start looking for a laundry mat when I see these CSC operated machines. This is the WORST service ever. I encourage all campgrounds, apartments, and other places who use this service to please rethink and use something else.
Took my money and will not give it back
I had a refund of 57 dollars ot took them a month to process that and when they did they only gave me 7 dollars and kept the rest of my money I been on the phone with these people everyday and Noone can give me my money so I'm going to file the biggest complaint with the news station and I'm going to file a police report for them stealing my money and refusing to give it back to me. Is it because I'm black
CSC service works scam
CSC service work sent me postal mail a few days ago calming their network had been hacked and my personal info (Name, credit card number, birth date, and all my GOV info) was stolen. They suggest I sign up for their credit card protection plan.
It scream "SCAM" to me for I never have given them my personal info nor have I ever used a LAUNDRY APP/COMPANY..
PLEASE SHUT DOWN THIS COMPANY.
I don’t understand how is this company still in business despite having hundreds and thousands of complaints, and literally has become a popular opinion that do not use their machines. Not only their washer and dryers are subpar, their tire inflating machines are equally a rundown failure. They just take your money to not provide services. On top of that, not a single time have I ever received a refund out of them. I have drained almost $50 on their machines and thrown some good clothes worth $100s because their machines spoiled them.
PLEASE SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN.

The washers and dryers are out of service half of the time, and then don’t work another 10% of the time! The washers always suck and don’t drain a lot of the time, and the dryers take like 3 cycles to dry anything! And it’s way overpriced not even taking into consideration how much it costs :/

Csc customer service and refund
Csc services is the worsts washing machine customer service, they're a scammer when it about to make refund, they just ignored. so just be careful when you are reloading your wash machine csc cards, cause if the cars don't work or card chip doesn't work, csc will never make no refund at all. so better watch those thieves they should not be on business at all.

I am appalled by the numerous negative…
I am appalled by the numerous negative experiences people have had with this company, many of which mirror my own. It seems that the company is not interested in improving its services. I encountered an issue with two CSC cards that I had loaded. One stopped working between washing and drying two loads of laundry. Fortunately, I had a second card that I was able to load with another $50 in order to complete the drying. However, after three weeks, the second card also stopped working, even though both cards had a balance when loaded. I was instructed by a polite representative to mail the first card in for a refund, but I never received the refund, as the company claimed they did not receive the card. As a result, I did not trust them enough to send in the second defective card. I provided documentation they requested, including screenshots of my credit card statement and email correspondences with the card services department, but the company claimed they did not receive one of the credit card payments and told me that I had to take it up with my bank. My bank is now investigating these transactions and the fact that the cards were stopped by CSC. I believe the company needs to provide a way for both the company and the customer to view the activity on the cards as it is very frustrating for them to ask me about my balance. This lack of transparency is indicative of poor business practices.
Terrible Service - Call Center Cannot Even Contact Technicians
UPDATE: The company responded on Trust Pilot but no resolution yet. They won't tell me when the service will be done so I'm left wondering if it ever will.
We moved into an apartment building serviced by this company and the card that dispenses laundry cards doesn't work. It has been six weeks. The landlord also has called and put in work orders. The service tickets are marked closed within an hour or so without anyone actually servicing the machine. This has happened multiple times. I don't know if it's the technicians they contract with lying to the company or the company itself blowing us off but the end result is the same.
I have talked with reps on the phone to see if I can get a time for service to be there but they can't give it to me and have no way, so they say, to contact the technicians directly

If you're here because they gave you the run around for a refund file a complaint with the Attorney General .. I did !
3 machines i tried to use dont work
3 machines i tried to use dont work. One ate .25, two ate $2.00.
They havent sent my previous refunds ever since they replaced the machines. Before that they broke down constantly. When they went digital with the new machines after putting money in the account, i could not access the account or get help and they kept my $40. I think this must be a money laundering scam. I have lived here for 8 years. at first i could get a refund before digital machines. Now if you call for help, if you want to talk to an agent they refer you to a line that does not do what you need. Or they tell you to go online to make a claim: doesnt work. It doesnt even recognize the machine number. Then they tell you to sign up for a mobile app. Why would I give these crooks access to my data!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is the worst company ever! If I could give them zero stars, I would. The machines at our apartments are ALWAYS broken. I fill out their maintenance request forms weekly and NOTHING happens. My clothes and sheets have been ruined, and they do NOTHING to fix the situation. It makes it worse that our apartment management doesn't push on them to do anything about the situation. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They should be shut down.

CSC don’t CARE
When ever you sent a Request in for the Maschine and you Request your Money back maybe you lucky and fix it but your Money Requests never be answered and then the Charges are up for what you’re s…… service no matter what service if you call them oh well friendly is noticeably 🤬 This one Star is even too much

Washer had some kind of crap in it that got on my clothes. All I asked for was a measly wash refund and never heard a word. Next time I’ll wash my clothes by hand lol!!!!
