Clifton Trade Bathrooms Reviews

These guys are great (Altrincham). Had an issue with my drain waste and they swiftly sorted it. Had my bathroom done back in 2016. They still look after us.

we went to this company to have a look what they had after going to two other showrooms and we were blown away with the customer service and knowledge. We came away very happy with the whole experience and our new wet room is being delivered on monday ready to fit. the whole experience was pain free and the price was very competitive with the quality of goods looking much better than other companies we looked at. Nathan and Jade were so helpful and pointed in the right direction when choosing products pointing out things we would never had thought of, thanks guys 100% recommend you.

Caitlen saved our bathroom. Almost gave up on the project before speaking with Caitlen. Nothing was too much trouble. No compromises were accepted. Found solutions to all our problems. Attentive during the installation and followed up with aftercare.
All of this whilst some fool was accidentally driving a car through the showroom wall. All the staff at Blackpool branch were really helpful and went out of their way during a very strange time for them. Thank you.

We have worked closely with the guys for many years now! Would highly recommend. Great service and always happy help!

Great service and a fantastic team.
Highly recommended
5* to Jade, Harry & Amee

We've been working with Clifton Altrincham for a number of years. The staff are great, and nothing is too much trouble!

We visited the Hull Willerby branch to purchase our bathroom fixtures and fittings . We were helped by the knowledgeable Aimee who made it a pleasant and easy experience.
Thanks Aimee

Paul and the team worked brilliantly to accommodate me and my partner. Welcomed with a drink which I've never came across before visiting Clifton Macclesfield. 10/10 experience I would recommend this bathroom store to anyone wanting a friendly welcoming & great service. Thanks again for your hard work and time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an excellent experience at Clifton Bathrooms in Macclesfield. From the moment we walked through the door the team couldn’t do enough for us, couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I will be recommending these guys to anyone who asks! Thanks again!

Welcoming, friendly and helpful, knowledgeable staff; nothing was too much trouble; and a good range of quality products.
This is the second time we've dealt with Cliftons and we're really pleased with the service we've received.
Thank you!

Lucy at Clifton Bathrooms in Aintree was excellent and we now have 2 beautiful bathrooms. Lucy is a credit to the company and would highly recommended her.

What a lovely experience we had choosing a new bathroom at Clifton Trade Bathroom Birkenhead. We were guided by the fabulous Jamie who helped us choose a stunning walk in shower and bathroom. He explained everything fully making us feel at ease and understood everything. We were offered refreshments whilst choosing our bathroom and he listened to our needs and gave knowledgable advice about the products we were purchasing, then putting our ideas onto a computer and showed us the finished bathroom once completed. Any queries I had after delivery of goods he dealt with well and helped. I highly recommend Clifton Trade Bathrooms Birkenhead

I’ve been a bathroom fitter for many years and started using Clifton’s branch in Solihull about five years ago — and I’m so glad I made the switch.

I mainly deal with Eden and Jordan, and they’re both fantastic. They have an excellent understanding of what’s needed to get a bathroom project completed smoothly, and they’re always willing to help resolve any issues, often going the extra mile to make sure everything runs perfectly.

All the staff at the branch are friendly and polite, which makes every visit a pleasure. They even go as far as delivering smaller items directly to site, allowing me to keep working without interruptions.

Their products are top quality, and I’m always happy to recommend them to all of my customers.

Always a pleasure to do business with Jane and the team at the Stoke branch. Another top quality bathroom installed. A* start to finish.

Just been to see Sam at Clifton bathrooms for some advice planning our new bathroom and he designed it from top to bottom with everything we needed for the job, he explained everything in detail and came up with some fantastic ideas, we got some excellent quality products, brilliant work Sam, A+++++

Very good to deal with highly recommend. All the staff are very helpful. Especially Juliette. Also excellent after sales service.

I have used Clifton Bathrooms in Shirley for a few years now and been more than satisfied with the service they provide. I have built up a great relationship with my account manager Eden and branch manager Pete. They have got to know me and my business to make their service as sooth as possible.

Whilst refurbishing a lot of bathrooms over the years you naturally come across a few issues with a mix up or damaged items. However this has never caused me to lose a days work as Eden or Pete have always replaced the items the same day and delivering it to site.
I recommend Clifton to all of my customers, who are also very happy with the service they have received.
