Sought some advice on our GSHP and had the pleasure of Igor visiting, educating us on the workings of the pump and changing settings to work more efficiently. Post visit, Igor followed up on numerous occasions to check all working well and answered any further questions I had. I only have positive things to say about Igor - superb customer service.

Great Technical support team
Great Technical support team , they really know their products , have great uk stock of spare parts when required , though the CTC product range is so reliable it rarely goes wrong .
I would say the most reliable heat pump brand I have worked with .
Nice controller which is both informative to an engineer and very user friendly for the end user.

High Quality Heat Pumps
A great company that have a wide range of quality products and are competitively priced, we have been using CTC since 2009 and they are extremely reliable bits of kit. If you were to speak to any of our customers that we have installed a CTC product in their home over the years they would not have a bad word to say about them. 100% Recommended.

CTC UK really came up trumps for us on our Ground source heat pump enquiry.
Our installer (Yorkshire Renewable Energy Solutions) highly recommended CTC due to efficiencies and noise output of the unit, and we have not been disappointed.
On final day of install CTC UK came to site with Yorkshire Renewable and helped them commission our system to make sure it was all running ok.
System has now been in place just over a year and is heating our home perfectly. I had some questions regarding the controller, and CTC UK answered the phone promptly to help us. I would not hesitate to recommend CTC to anyone.
