AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM OF A COMPANY!!

I sent in 3 items of a retail value of just over £7000. The items were lost and currently after 2/3 months all I have been offered in £100!!

As a reseller of luxury pre-loved fashion, Cudoni excels where other competitors fall short. That’s customer service. I am a bit of a shopaholic but need to feel “safe” when purchasing items. Feeling safe involves knowing that the business is decent, rational and will address concerns in a logical human way. I’ve had many questions and have been able to pick up the phone and speak to a human being. A special thank you to Jessica in their customer service department who has fielded many of my questions about products. She has always been patient, personable and responsive. She has made the experience of buying at Cudoni so enjoyable that I now spend more there than at all other fashion stores combined. Proof that excellent customer service boosts the bottom line. Kudos to Cudoni for hiring Jessica and ensuring that customer service is top notch!

My Marni coat that I ordered arrived within a few days. It was in excellent condition and I think it looks great! I will definitely be keeping an eye out for more good pieces towards to add to my wardrobe. Thank you!

Sizing way out. Stated xl no where near. This means that postage of package and return is lost.

Absolutely superb condition well wrapped arrived beautifully thank will definitely shop again and recommend to anyone that will listen PERFECTION.

Excellent item. As described. Shipping was a little expensive considering how long it took and the lack of any updates until it was in the Royal Mail system but this is minor.

Ordered from Canada, very impressed! The overall shopping experience was great and the delivery process was very detailed. 4 stars because the listing did not have detailed photographs showing the "signs of wear" and I think that's important to include when selling preloved products. Other than that, I am very happy with my new jacket and look forward to my next Cudoni purchase!

Great service but concerned the packaging wasn't what I expected with something that was not cheap to buy.

I love Cudoni! Both the seller and customer experience have been wonderful. Love their personal touch of reaching out to see if you have new things to sell and also being able to send over to friends as referral. They also have such a high bar of inventory they take in, that gives me as a shopper much more ease that what I am acquiring will be as described. As a customer all the items have been in top notch condition and such a joy to receive. I highly recommend shopping in Cudoni to anyone looking to sell or acquire a pre-loved good.
