The service was brilliant as per usual. It was a shame that the shoes weren't right but this was not the fault of Cudoni.

Items were well packed, clean and in good condition. More detailed description and photos of the items would be helpful.

Absolutely shambolic! Avoid selling your items on this platform at all cost. I have sold an item mid January, was supposed to receive my payout on 15th February. I had contacted Cudoni via email to confirm the payout on the 15th and a customer service agent reassured me that the payout was scheduled for the 15th. Today, 20th February I still haven’t received my payment and contacted them again. Another customer agent informed me that they didn’t have my bank account details (despite the fact that I had sold things in the past and received my payout into my bank account) and I’d need to provide them again, but because the cut off date for payments had been missed I needed to wait another month for my payout. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t ever sell anything on this platform again.

Issues were promptly solved and Jessica was amazing.

Item was in fantastic conditions and shipping was super fast (thought expensive).

Amazing selection of designer pieces at very fair prices. The big difference with all other second hand platforms is that if an item doesn’t fit you can return it. Customer service was great too. Can’t recommend enough!

Easy to put order and when delivered by Royal Mail on time, quality ( I ordered a bag) was what I expected(very good). I’m very happy with my purchase!

Honest description and photos. Delivered in suitable packaging as shoes were delicate and not in original box. This was stated in the description. Fabulous price for shoes I could never afford new.

Consigned a necklace and was told it had been sold on 19 January and I would receive payment on 15 February. I checked on 16 February and online I saw that the necklace was showing as ‘sold’ and also showing as sold on my account. I called today as I had not receive the money and was told that the item had been returned in 7 February but it seems that they did not bother telling me. They said that the necklace would be re-listed though they did not state when that would happen. I decided to have my item returns which i arranged myself as I am travelling though not before I paid £15. I also asked them to return some earring I had just consigned. Whilst the people at Cudoni are polite I do not feel this is the best way to do business. If you do use them I suggest you make no assumptions and keep contacting to check on the current status.

My new favorite site for pre loved Lux goods! Everything was 5 stars across the board! My item was just as described, shipping was fast to the US and the prices are very very good. They even packed it so nice. I have no complaints and I will be back for more, thanks again. Cudoni
