I ordered a set of shorts and a shirt but only received the shorts. I sent customer service an email and they asked me to take a picture of my order as proof (which was weird, but I did it). I have been waiting for a month now and they have not resolved the issue or answered to my email. The worst customer service ever.

If there was an option to give zero stars, Culture Kings would be the prime candidate. My experience with their customer service has been nothing short of a complete and utter nightmare. I reached out to them for a simple request: to ship my order to Bulgaria, which they assured me was possible. But in a turn of events that feels like a bad joke, my order ended up being sent to Miami — a place I have no connection to.

The horror began when I tried to rectify this egregious mistake.
