Whenever I have a query about my prescription there is always someone to help which is unlike a lot of other pharmaceutical companies out there. I highly recommend changing to Curaleaf for a smooth process and prescription. Even though my contact with the pharmacy today was over a negative issue with my prescription, I was treated with absolute respect from the beginning.
Olivia listened to my issue and did everything to find a resolution to the problem (including me rant on for over half an hour). Even when she had provided a temporary resolution by splitting my order, Olivia wanted to ensure that my prescription was fulfilled as much as possible before the weekend to ensure I was able to go away for the weekend.
After our call Olivia forwarded my issues and raised all my concerns and worry over to Danielle.
Danielle was able to not only ensure my original split order could be sent out out for next day delivery, but was also able to do the impossible and get my prescription changed within a matter of hours and ensure that all of my medication was able to reach me for weekend, ensuring I was able to go away with my medication at the weekend.
I couldn't have asked for better help. I was listened to and my issues were respected. Both Olivia and Danielle went above and beyond in patient care and left me with my faith restored in what customer/patient service can be

Recently spoke to Olivia regarding my prescription, the timings in which they will arrive as I had separate prescriptions for different items.
The call was answered in less than a minute and Olivia was incredibly helpful. Explaining their process of receiving and sending out prescription as well as giving me extra information to help me make my transition to this new medication a lot smoother. She was very informative, kind and helpful. Overall 10 put of 10 customer service.

Weird bag of experiences over the past 10 months, mostly due to the "red tape" involved in the process but the customer support agents were always polite and professional.Molly in particular was great at managing my latest issues, exemplifying the three things I value most from customer support: succint explanations, being solution orientated and reasonable empathy without being overbearing.

I have been purchasing medical marijuana for years as it has been prescribed by my pain management physician. Last night I went to open a new box of prerolls and to my chagrin, the box was EMPTY! I went back today and since it was from May and my card just recently expired, they would not stand behind their empty box that I paid good money for. When I spoke to the manager he shrugged me off and told me to have a nice day. I told him I would not be returning and he could care less.
I am a 65 year old retired critical care nurse and was shocked and disappointed at the lack of respect and customer service.
I will NEVER go back there again.
