While Curaleaf clinic are seemingly quite efficient and the customer service team are helpful and friendly. The Curaleaf pharmacy is a complete and utter joke.
I’ve only been with Curaleaf for 4 months and with the exception of my first ever prescription, every month without fail there is some ridiculous reason as to why at least half of my medication is unavailable.
More recently, once my prescription has left Curaleaf clinic and mademit’s way to the pharmacy , it’s just left to sit in the pharmacy in tray for god knows how long. Even when Curaleaf clinic has marked my prescription as “urgent” because of the constant delays, there’s NEVER a sense of urgency.
On every occasion I have had to wait so long for them to just do their jobs, that I end up going at least a week without any medication at all, which has a massively adverse effect on my health.
It’s not good enough to have delays like this when you’re dealing with people’s medical treatment.
Because the pharmacy is so utterly useless, I can pretty much guarantee that at least one week out of every month I’m going to be unmedicated and back to feeling anxious, in pain and borderline suicidal?!
The INSTANT I’m in a better financial situation I’ll be sacking off Curaleaf for good and spending my money on a clinic that puts patients first. If you can afford to get your prescription anywhere else, do it, because Curaleaf pharmacy is just another company full of people who don’t care enough to do a decent job.

First time MC patient. Placed order on 17/09/25. It was dispatched from the other end of England and arrived on 19/09/25. Great service, would recommend.

I am a new patient at Curaleaf Clinic and Pharmacy.

I had an initial consultation on Wednesday last week, followed by an MDT on Monday. I was promptly able to order my first prescription from the pharmacy when it arrived with them on Thursday, and it has been dispatched today on Friday with next-day delivery.

I had a number of questions about the pharmacy process including around delivery, and was able to reach out to the team via telephone and live chat on a couple of occasions with a really fast response time.

Thanks to Olivia from the pharmacy who responded with professionalism, kindness and empathy on both occasions.

I am looking forward to beginning the treatment and hope that it will help with my conditions.

We have been a customer of the clinic and pharmacy for quite a few years. My son has severe life threatening epilepsy. The oil has been a literal life saver for him. The pharmacy has on numerous occasions gone above and beyond to make sure we always have the right oil arrive on time and the help received has always been outstanding. Highly recommend.

I was having problems but Lynn stepped up to help and gave an exemplary solution.

Kate was helping me, made it easy to understand next steps so on.. thankyou Kate 🙏🏻
