My prescription was about to expire before my lead date so I emailed to see if it could be processed as I had paid and Molly was fantastic, she split my order so I didn't have to go back through the clinic. Thank you molly

After several failed delivery attempts by DPD, Julie stepped in and sorted everything out quickly and professionally. She kept me updated, offered clear solutions, and genuinely cared about getting my medication to me.

I have been with curealeaf for over a year now & I can honestly say that they have been amazing everytime! Quick responses to all emails & anytime I've had to ring them they have been really polite, helpful & caring to your needs, they are doing a great job! I had sent an email about changing my medication & placing another order for my prescription, I received an email very promptly from Molly from the pharmacy who was lovely & very helpful, she got my prescription sorted straight away & it's now on its way! Thanks again Molly for your help it's very much appreciated!

Firstly very prompt answering my calls, secondly I have had good advice and guidance from Mollie and others who have all had the correct knowledge and helped me every time. Definitely worth the 5 stars given!

Great customer service from Olivia today, she was extremely polite and friendly, unfortunately we couldn't solve my issue but she did everything she could to help me and point me in the right direction.

I had an issue with my prescription being sent back by DPD after two delivery attempts, but Olivia at Curaleaf Pharmacy sorted this extremely quickly for me and was so helpful and polite. Highly recommend her.

So far, everything has been wonderful. The people are very professional and ask the right questions about my health and respond well. The only issue I have had is when I changed address and had trouble uploading proof but a person named Bushra was able to help. It gave me confidence that should any issues come in the future then they will be promptly sorted out

I spoke to a lovely person called Dan, who helped me with my missed appointment due to connection issues. He has helped me order an emergency prescription and re-booked me an appointment to talk with a doctor. Couldn’t of been more helpful

I had a query that the zenbot couldn't answer, I was swiftly put through to a Cara who solved my query within seconds. Never a dull service with Curaleaf. Thanks again!

I wrote in with a query and Molly was superb with her answer. I'll never need to ask again. Excellent support once more from Curaleaf Pharmacy. Consistently great service that is very much focused on the patient. Keep it up!

5 star service at the start, now absolutely horrible

I have a severe disability and the treatment offered works very well- absolutely life changing to be honest and it's a shame the pharmacy no longer seems to recognise this importance

between the clinic and the pharmacy and DPD you will be running around yourself chasing stuff, trying to get staff to fix constant stupid problems and end up short on meds all the time- and if you ask for more to cover the constant shortfalls and delays you are treated like someone seeking drugs for fun- I can't imagine a street user would put up with such bad service, faulty produce and high prices!

like I said it was 5 star service at first- any problems quickly resolved with an email back in 15-20 mins, now you are lucky if it's a response within a few days and probably a staff member who means well but has absolutely no clue of the system and will just blame the clinic or DPD and you are back to waiting again

Last week, I spent four out of five days waiting in for a prescription delivery and collection of faulty medication(!), and despite so, so, so many assurances from curaleaf, there was absolutely no investigation done into what went wrong nor response from anyone about it, other than essentially "well they came eventually, deal with it"

Can't imagine they will stay operational long like this, absolutely abhorrent service and I should have left months ago

Go elsewhere, for heavens sake!

I have been really satisfied with curaleaf pharmacy Claire has been great very helpful and supportive I feel listened to this is really important to me as I find asking for help very difficult but I'm so glad I reached out to curaleaf as it's helping give some quality of life

Had an issue with verification of my address and with a few calls to the clinic and then pharmacy, they cleared it up within the hour. Was very clear and helpful over the phone with assistance as well, excellent service from Ms. Lynn!

Molly, Lynn and Julie are the most supportive and best customer service I have had off them with being with Curaleaf for a year.
Thank you for putting my mind at ease so many times and the delivery times have been a lot quicker lately so that it also good.
