Very easy to use,no issues with waiting times , I spoke with Julie who was very efficient in dealing with my issues ,it was resolved very quickly,with no hassle ,Julie was very polite and very quick to get to the bottom of my concern, brilliant May I also point out my delivery was with DPD no issues with them everything was communicated in an appropriate manor no concerns with DPD at all

Needed to change the delivery date of my order, spoke to Olivia through the live chat,she was able to resolve my issue hassle free,couldn't have been more helpful.

Been two years this year over the moon with the service, especially over the christmas and new year thank you.

Despite waiting in for a full day for my delivery, it did not arrive. I was then blackmailed into paying an additional £20 by Molly to have my prescription re-delivered. The clinic and the pharmacy work separately and whist the clinic is great they cannot help with the incompetent pharmacy delivery service. I had explained that the way they deliver does not work for me as I am employed full time so do not see tje last min delivery slot notifications. Unhelpful and frustrating service.

Had a follow up consultation booked for 27 December no doctor turned up on call now I cant get another booking for 3 weeks how do I get my prescription now ?

Well that’s me had another wonderful video call with another absolute amazing Dr Laksha Satchithananthan. 🙏. The doctor was so helpful and very informative and very pleasant to have a nice formal discussion with the doctors. So I need to give all the doctors a massive thank you and a full 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ they have all been amazing and have really helped me all through this year and I can’t be anymore thankful to the doctors and Curaleaf medication 🙏 As I was starting to give up hope with my life with the chronic pain I have been in after my surgery. It was really dragging me down and this was my last resort to try and get on top of my chronic pain and illnesses as I was starting to give up hope with my life. But this has changed my outlook in life and I can feel that 2026 is going to be an awesome year now onwards and upwards and all the thanks is down to the doctors and medication from Curaleaf. 🙌🙌🙌. Thanks so much and wish yous all a merry Xmas and all the best for the new year when it comes. Thanks 🙏 ❤️

I recently contacted Curaleaf for help, and Courtney responded quickly, clearly and with real professionalism. The communication was friendly, polite and kept me fully informed at every stage. My issue was resolved completely and far more quickly than I expected. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and efficiency shown throughout.

after lots of failed attempts to get my prescription sorted i spoke with julie who said she would try and get this issue flagged and attempted to get it out to me today , now thats helpful when you have been let down numerous times

DPD wouldn't release my delivery held at the depot as it was a healthcare package/pharmaceutical and only the sender could do so. Spoke to Olivia via the Curaleaf clinic chatbot. She was extremely helpful, accomodating and swift with her responses. My issue was missing 2 deliveries because I was working in the office and no one was home to recieve it, the other because my phone wouldnt work to get the pin to give to the driver. She managed to redirect my perscription back to the pharmacy to be sent back out to me. As this was the first instance I didn't have to pay the £20 redirect fee which was very kind.

The customer service agent, Kate, went way out of her way to help me understand the issues with DPD deliveries. She's redispatching my medication that I missed after a fall where I fell, breaking my femur.

I been with Curaleaf for almost two years and it’s now becoming problematic again and again! I’ve made a complaint before and made another today (1/12/25) due to having my prescription delayed constantly. (I live inland UK; so I don’t understand the delay) The “professional” pharmacy are deplorable when it comes to dispensing prescriptions within a reasonable timeframe especially the amount of money you spend for these prescriptions! They sit on your prescriptions like it’s a privilege you’re receiving from the NHS and the money isn’t coming out of your pocket! It’s unacceptable when these “pharmacist” are requesting their patients to leave a review on Trustpilot (I guess trying to make patients feel awkward to “kiss a$$” to receive your prescription in a reasonable amount of time) They told me orders are in order by payment… well that’s a LIE! I ordered on Thursday 27/11/25 and my friend also a patient at Curaleaf ordered Friday 28/11/25 and received his Saturday 29/11/25 meanwhile I’m still waiting for mine to be dispensed keep in mind my friend lives two street away from me! I am being reassured that my prescription is in the line for it to “eventually” dispensed it’s Monday 1/12/25 and I’m still waiting! I’ll say it again this company takes your money and enjoys the prolong; will use kindness to patronise you and neglects your wellbeing [facts] I can’t believe I’m constantly experiencing this kind of behaviour and treatment from so called “professionals” after personally paying for your prescriptions! It’s completely unacceptable! Hopefully I hear back from management to help investigate this frequent issue and hopefully it becomes rectified but I highly doubt that! Just think about this really quick: you have a diagnosis of C-PTSD (ex military; active duty three tours of Afghanistan) and your GP delays your medication for you to maintain a healthy wellbeing for days and has a week to get your prescription for you; would you say that’s medical negligence? Well remember this people you’re a verified medical cannabis holder (Cancard and NHS recorded) the only difference is this is private! Imagine Bupa taking your money and make you wait days for medicine! What would you do?

I've been with curaleaf clinic for about 6 months now and have found that it has been quite positive experience. I've spoken to a couple of doctors and they were both caring and knew what they were talking about which made a difference. I have also had to reach out to the pharmacy staff on a couple of occasions and found them also to be really professional and nice people. I have spoken to a person called Bushra who was really helpful with a problem. Thanks

Olivia was responsive, friendly and very helpful. 10/10 support, makes it a pleasure to work with.
