Love this place. Love the beers they carry. Always something new to try. The win selection is excellent. The staff is unbelievable. Recently just moved out of state and miss them so much.

cwspirits.com is the answer, I've ordered PatrÓn Tequila Collection because I'm having hard time looking for this product in any mall nearby through this website and luckily I got one. I still have one bottle left from holiday. Will prolly order again here.

Had 2 orders. I Messed up both orders , one had a wrong shipping address and the other had wrong billing address. Ordered on the last day of the year. A few days Later Received email that one of the orders were cancelled, because payment did not go through. I could see the item pending on my credit card for the item they said was returned. I thought I would use their chat feature. Tried to explain what was going on, told the story about the incorrect shipping information,but all I recvd back was..."ma'am" this and that....Very RUDE.
Next day call customer service and the representative explained that if the shipping account incorrect then I should of cancelled that one and redone the order. The problem was customer service changed the shipping information, not me. SO WHY IS THIS MY ISSUE, and why was their resolve for me to to fix and not them.
Customer service very nice - chat feature NOT. Also found that this companys employee are not trained to prevent or correct their own mistakes. Clueless.
Took my dollars to another company who appreciated my order.

Did not receive 2 bottles of sparkling wine costing 60 dollars plus. When I called about it they evaded me and didn’t even address it like they said they would. The next day they acted like they didn’t know what was going on and hung up on me. Then kept sending me to voicemail. It’s a hit or miss. If your expensive package gets lost don’t expect this company to act upstanding about addressing the issue.both people lied about what they were going to do and then they treated me rudely. Buy at your own risk.

For the second time in a row an order of mine was sent back to your warehouse. I time my orders around events I organize and the latest shipment will not get here on time. The first time this happened I was told it was the US post Office’s fault and I saw that you changed to UPS. But now it has happened again on a large order of nearly $1,000. I called your hotline on Thursday and was told I would receive a call back or email to explain what happed. I have received neither. This is unacceptable.
