Prices were reasonable. Shipping took a couple days longer than it was supposed to but that is normal with everything now.

I had a problem with delivery but they made it right and I finally got it (covid times). I got my vodka and happy as a bird.

I ordered this as a birthday gift 21/2 weeks ago, and the recipients still have not received it.
What rating would you give yourselves for that type of performance?

The liquor was great, got exactly what I ordered and it arrived by Fedex Ground in less than a week, going from one coast to the other.

I don't like the styrofoam nuggets you used for packing. I didn't have those on my first delivery from you all. Those things are very hard to dispose of - they stick to everything and end up all over the place.

Amazing customer service and follow up. Would highly recommend this business.

You use FedEx and their customer service is horrible! I never got my package and when I did get a package it was the wrong one addressed to someone else!😡 I called them, they said someone would pick it up the next day and FedEx never showed up, called or sent a message as to why. I'm done! Won't be doing business with you until you change couriers.

First order from CW did not go smoothly - shipping was a mess. But I like the choices and the prices so I kept on and so did customer service. It was corrected and came packed really well and delivered a day early. GREAT service catch.

Pennsylvania allowed me to get creative as the liquor stores shut down!! Found CWS on the web and started ordering! The first 2 orders required more time for shipping but after that my orders were received in a most timely fashion!! Better yet the boxes arrive at my door with no stress and the shipping enclosures are impeccable!!

Product arrived intact but 2 days later than expected and much later than my other wine delivery service. A little bit too pricey for the white wines that I perused. I was really just looking for the top shelf vodka. Amount needed to spend for free shipping is too much.
