​The service was outstanding. The gentleman was incredibly helpful and took the time to make sure we chose the perfect size and model for my daughter's age. He personally checked every single detail to ensure everything was working perfectly before we left. They even professionally fitted the stabilisers for us 🛠️👧
​The prices are very competitive – for such a beautiful, high-quality bike, I would have easily paid a few hundred more elsewhere. On top of that, it comes with a 1-year warranty, which gives great peace of mind 🛡️💰

I found the three staff working in the shop on the day that I collected my bike were very helpful, friendly and informative. The youngest staff member even helped me to put the bike into my car.

The bike I ordered is a great bike, actually this is my second one as I bought the same bike a couple of years ago and find it perfect for me - and this is why I did not give five stars to Cycle King: the first one I purchased directly from Raleigh and it came with a very useful sturdy wrench for fixing the pedal, and also with a bell ! Small things I know but these were missing from my 2nd purchase :-( .

Hi this is a Honest review for Cycle King .I purchased a Dutch Style Bicycle in January for my wife ,it was well built and of a high quality ,and well worth the money .The staff at the Cambridge store are very polite and knowledgeable ,especially Michael who sorted out a few queries i had about purchasing colour coded extras for the bicycle. He is a credit to his company ,so helpful and easy to deal with.

I ordered online but got a phone call later that day from the shop to confirm a collection day - I really appreciated that. It was a very personal touch. The bike was fully assembled and it can be serviced there as well. Great quality and service - thank you.
