Completely disjointed product and support plan to the point of being unusable. They also announced that an app was coming in July…as of yet (mid-August), it’s still not available. This purchase didn’t do anything but lighten my pocketbook.

I did not find cycling diet helpful…
I did not find cycling diet helpful what so ever. The basic package only listed cycling work outs. I was already greatly exceeding the work out mileages and intensity listed in the work out plan. What I needed was a more targeted nutritional diet. Come to find out, I could access an actual nutritional diet but only for an additional cost. I find this as deceitful advertising in that the product is advertised as a diet when in fact the customer has to pay above the entry price to access the diet portion of the program. It is a poor business model where clients continue to have to pay for additional programing once they are in the program to gain full benefit. But then again, I guess its not really that poor of a model if people keep falling for it.
