Absolutely shocking I placed my order on 20th of November . Had tracking number for 3 days saying the courier was waiting for parcel .They then sent me an email to say my order was lost in transit ,so will send me out my order again
I emailed them a couple days later as I didn’t get an update for them to say it will take 24/48 hours to get a tracking number , Then I get an email this morning to say they no longer have the things I ordered in stock so would I like to have a smaller item and they would refund £30.00 or a full refund not happy at all .

I ordered a ceramic portable heater which I was looking forward to using as soon as it arrived. However the screws were missing along with wall mountings. I emailed the company and there is a ticket system. Customer service is helpful. Heater was delivered quickly

Makes exceptionally good bread and dough. Many other recipes to try included in the booklet which has clear, easy to follow instructions.

Warranty of a dehumidifier voided as we were “powering it with an extension lead”. Apparently an extension lead can cause “unstable power supply”. Apart from being totally ridiculous on its face, the issue is the refrigerant has leaked out so their reasoning is rubbish. Avoid at all costs, the company don’t deserve to survive.

I have wanted this kettle and toaster combo for ages (Sienna - Cream) but as my current ones were working fine I just couldn't justify buying new ones. Then Black Friday happened and the price was just too good to miss. Ordered online, really easy and delivery was quick, well packaged and the quality and look are great. Really happy with purchase.

I see there are a few disappointed customers, judging by the reviews.
Luckily for me, I have had a very positive experience with Daewoo, after reporting a fault with a toaster I purchased.
From start to finish, communications from Daewoo were prompt and courteous. The replacement process was completed within a week. I did not have the hassle of having to return the item and I now I have my replacement toaster.

Purchased an oil heater from Daewoo arrived Monday to find no instructions (which you need to validate your 3 year warranty) bracket missing to fix the castors on .damaged to the side gave.the top of the packaging was not securely taped down which gave me the impression it’s been returned before .ohone number on line not exist .emailed there help line .then they wanted me to take photos etc .im an o a p all these emails.eventually it got picked up on 5 November.why couldn’t they bring me a replacement.so not very happy at all could do without all this hassle.

I was seeking to buy a mini-speaker to use at work. I had seen the Daewoo speaker and thought I'd find out a bit more.
The well laid out website and easy ordering was coupled with good communication about who would be delivering. The courier and delivery man were also very good.
The speaker arrived, well-packaged and easy to use.
In use the lights add to the lovely tone and ease of use.
I'm very pleased with my purchase.

We bought the single induction hob Initially it must we expected it they a hob. But the control panel looks that it has been designed someone who does not cook or as even use a cooker or a hob in this planet we call Earth. For example the power setting is in watts, As I far as I know no other cooker uses watts it.t is temperature Celsius or fahrenheit or in the UK gas points The dasys fluctuates between power settings and times But the timer does not tell you what it is timing clearly has not been designed by a human being that cooks.
pleased with product but paid for next day delivery which actually took 5 days
