Good quality furniture easy to put together great price

No problems with my purchase and regular updates on delivery. Our delivery was a kerbside one but the packages were not too heavy and rather manageable. The delivery men very polite and friendly. The sofa we've ordered is nice and was easy to assemble except for one element that wasn't aligned well and we spent anout half an hour trying to fix that. Still, it was a good purchase and worth recommending.

Bed came today at time allocated, consent communication re delivery.
2 very polite guys delivered bed.

I do not recommend this company. I think it’s a scam! I ordered garden furniture; it was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, then Friday. I waited at home all day for the delivery—the courier was supposed to arrive by 5:19, but at 5:41 he messaged saying he had tried to deliver it, even though he never showed up—I was waiting right by the window! I will never buy from this company again.

Super quick delivery I though there is no communication but I reach the warehouse , only what you have to do just improve customer service for the end sofa were delivered on time the courier send me messages what time will be and the courier company were well orgonised only wait 5-7 days for delivery
The sofa is very comfortable if you looking for something nice small including bed you definitely found this sofa bed I highly recommend, each to assembled and super material

Very nice garden sofa set. Good quality and very comfortable

It’s difficult to rate my experience because, although there were issues, they were eventually resolved. For that reason, I’m hesitant to deduct too many stars.

Starting with the positives: the furniture quality is excellent and it looks fantastic, so I’m adding a star for that.

However, I’m deducting a star due to my experience with Customer Service. The phone line is never answered, and email responses seem limited to one message per day, usually early in the morning. It also appears that Customer Service cannot communicate directly with delivery or fitting teams, and can only pass on suggestions.

Regarding delivery and installation: I believed I had paid for full installation. One item wasn’t included, and apparently couldn’t be, but I was allowed to pay for installation as a goodwill gesture. The main problem was the overhead storage units for the wardrobe. The fitter refused to install them, saying they were too heavy, leaving two disabled OAPs to complete the installation themselves. It wasn't helpful that the wooden pieces didn't have a number label on them so when instructed to use "panel 13" we had to deduct which panel this was by matching the screw holes to the installation instructions. I’m deducting another star for this.

Would I buy from them again? Yes, but keep the emails and look very closely at what installation covers.

Very friendly couple delivered, worked hard with the assembly. Tidied everything up afterwards. Super wardrobe, solid and sturdy and looks amazing in the room.

For assemblers: Make sure:
* runners are oiled during assembly other wise they screech.
*the wardrobe is levelled otherwise one door slides open. We'll need to attach magnets to keep it closed

Absolutely delighted with my wardrobes and the installation was great altogether a great service

I bought 2 cream-colored sofas and they are actually more beautiful than in the photo✨️ I am very satisfied with the sofas and the very correct service I recommend them ✨️

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the overall customer experience.

The corner sofa bed arrived with multiple defects. The underside fabric was torn in several places, the wooden frame was damaged and splitting, and there were visible gaps between the panels due to poor assembly. The upholstery was also marked, and to make matters worse, essential parts were missing, including the sofa legs and the connector for one of the headrests, making the sofa impossible to assemble and use.

I also had to take a day off work to wait for the delivery, only to receive a damaged and incomplete product. I wasted hours unpacking and attempting to assemble a sofa that should never have passed quality control.

This level of workmanship and quality control is completely unacceptable. I have requested a full refund, collection of the faulty sofa and compensation for the inconvenience and loss of my annual leave.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. A product in this condition should never have been delivered to a customer.

i ordered the dakota wardrobe and was a little upset it was going to take 2-6 weeks to arrive as I’d left it last minute. i then get the delivery time slot email literally the next day and it came in like 4 days. the guy who built it was lovely and did it super quickly. I'm glad i paid for it to be built i would have struggled. it was quite cheap in comparison to other places and so much higher quality. absolutely in love with it and will be buying from this place again

to summarise: cheap and high quality, delivery service and timing was incredible and i recommend this company <3

Door has come straight off runner again within 10 days of it being “fixed”.
Product is not fit for purpose and we require a refund.

Placed an order for bedroom furniture; all went smoothly. Missed out on 5 stars as the phone number advertised, but no one answers. I had pre-purchase questions and ended up ordering after several failed call attempts. So naturally worried incase sonething went wrong, as they are based abroad. The email service was good and efficient. The delivery tracking system was also good. Thank you.

Damaged arm
They offered £20 to keep with the damage

I said I was happy to keep to save everyone hassle just send me a replacement arm

Radio silence to nearly a week and getting klana involved who I bought it through as a back up in 3 installments

After klana stepped in got an almost instant reply and apology stating that they was so busy they had not to caught up with emails

They said they would send a replacement would take 5 days

This was after a week of ghosting and radio silence

In between my father was taken to hospital seriously ill

Replacement arm arrived

Didn't take much notice as it seemed quite straightforward

Needed a B part

I was to busy to build myself running around to hospital so booked a fitter to put together for me

Fitter arrived and started to get the parts out and asked for the new B part

Took it out and said this was wrong part?

When I inspected I realised they had send a thinner back part C

At this point i had to pay for the fitters time either way so advised them to build it and I would then try and sort out the replacement

And then no more correspondence

After the the fitters had built and left I then went to clean the handprints off the glass on the table supplied with the furniture set

And realised that the hand prints was permanently their as they was on the glass before then the black backing paint was applied obviously

At this point I have a piece of furniture with a damaged arm and cosmetic damage to the table

They offered me then £50 to keep the set

I said I would keep the set for £75 refund

I asked for £75 to cover the cost of fitting and the for the inconvenience of keeping a set I would need to repair or pay to send back and try and get my money back baring in mind the contract states they can deduct costs ok f the items are built

Also I was trying to find the best solution for both parties at this point
But they declined

I said fair enough

Then they would need to pay £50 compensation and send out a new arm and glass top

Or I would box up and send back for a full refund

Radio silence

So due to the stress of my father being in hospital

I just said give me a £50 refund I couldn't be bothered any to keep fighting over a £250 gardens set

I'm not a rich person but they obviously need the money more than me

Possibly one of if not the worst online shopping experiences I've had

To the point I wonder how many more people have slightly damaged or seconds sent

With a pay off to keep

Seems like a bit of scam to me

Great quality of soda and delivery service

It’s exhausting getting help from customer service all I want is one replacement chair as the one they sent has a warped screw so essentially the whole chair is faulty - and they just won’t. Iv send photos and they keep repeating the same thing, avoid honestly the furniture is poor quality
