I bought my set 2 weeks ago and its been used only few times and I noticed that the stitches were out on the big seat ,which I had to saw it back, its not a good quality stich

Parcel was delivered early which was great.. Two sections the same have been sent so not able to put the corner set together.. damage to the set and frayed edges on the cushions. Have emailed a complaint and no reply. I will be phoning Monday and hope to her an acceptable result.

I had used DAKO on two previous occasions for a total of 3 wardrobes, both in current address and previous address . On these occasions the quality and attitude of the workmen was excellent , therefore I had no concern with ordering a further 2 wardrobes ( and as with previous orders paid for the assembly service ) This time my wife was home alone and a single workman turned up ( on previous occasions there was always 2 ) Straight away , he had an unpleasant demeanour , arguing he hadn't been left enough space ( previous we also hadn't left the full space as shown on web page , but this hadn't caused any problem and I didn't see how it would this time ) he was telling my 5' 2 wife she needed to move the bed ! He wouldn't listen to any suggestions including me telling him on video . "If you can't fit it in the space , just build it , and I will move it with my son when I get home " When my wife said ." If you can't build it , just take it away" , he started and successfully built it , in still a time less than what is shown on DAKO web page , proving he was just an unpleasant individual . In addition , he was constantly using the Polish swear word which every one knows beginning with K and ending in A!. It is completely unacceptable to swear in a customers house ! In addition he left dirty black "oily"? marks on our white wardrobes , which I am in the process of trying to scrub off . Because of this I will not be using them again ( I was going to be ordering more wardrobes for spare room , but will now try IKEA)

I ordered Claudia.
The delivery was on time. The delivery man was very kind.
I did not realize that the entire sofa would arrive in a single box.
Also the delivey man is responsible for only delivering it to the ground floor.
I had to take the sofa upstairs. The box would not fit in the stairs.
I had to open the box in the hallway and then take it upstairs with the help of a friend.
Almost had a meltdown and wanted to return the sofa but managed to get it in my flat.
Now I sleep on it.

Was kinda sceptical but overall happy with the purchase. Sofa feels a bit hard but it easy to assemble and looks great! Also delivery took only like 3-4 days!

Ordering was easy and straight forward, the wardrobe was great and sturdy very pleased as I've ordered from them before, but their delivery man was very rude and unhelpful, also it's a 2 man job but only one delivered and assembled wardrobe

I’m really happy with my purchase from Dako Home. The sofa looks exactly like it does in the photos and the quality is excellent for the price. It feels sturdy, comfortable and was easy to assemble. Delivery was on time, everything arrived in perfect condition, and communication throughout the process was clear and helpful. Overall, a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Dako Home again. Highly recommended!

Good sofa set, bit of a pain to put together. Part of rattan on one settee damaged

Delivery was good but we couldnt find insert nut to screw in the legs. We had to cut the lining off so we could drill 4 holes to screw in the legs of the sofa bed. It was hardwork! Nice to look at but not so good quality.
