Anna was just fantastic! From the very beginning of the process until the end she made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns. The process was fast, easy and ended with a beautiful ceremony in Copenhagen City Hall, all thanks to Anna and the Team at the Danish Island Weddings who took such good care of us! Thank you again.

Amazing is not enough to express how it was. We had the chance to meet Anna who took care of everything for our special day... Everything was a dream.

After postponing our Wedding for almost a year due to COVID we finally had a wonderful wedding day. Danish Island Weddings took care of everything, from bureaucracy to flower arrangements, the wedding cake and so much more. The contact via e-mail beforehand was very friendly, quick and every little or big question was answered. DIW also helped us with accommodations and provided tips for everything we needed. On our wedding day they also helped us with our 8-months old daughter by having an eye on her and giving us all the extra time we needed to take proper care of her. Mira made me look like the bride I wanted to be and Neli as our wedding photographer did an amazing job as well, especially because we had to split our concentration between her and our baby.

DIW is very professional and we feel at ease during the whole process. Our wedding is short yet sweet. DIW always accommodated our wishes and also provided great advice. It never feels rushed during the ceremony. The ceremony is something that will always be part of our memories.

We couldn't have been happier with the care, and attention that Danish Island Wedding put into our day. Louise and Anna and everyone else was fantastic and helped to make our day unforgettable. Their patience during covid-related rearrangements was really reassuring to us as a couple making our plans.
In addition, we want to thank the photographer Neli Garnet and the hair stylist and beautician Mira who DIW recommended to us. Neli's shots are exceptional and she works very closely with couples to capture every moment with warmth and intimacy. With Mira's wonderful help Elena felt the most beautiful she ever has.

It was the best decision to have our wedding organized by the DIW team. Yuki was the best contact person - especially in these Covid times. We had to postpone the wedding several times, that was never a problem. She took such great care of everything. And on the day of the wedding we felt so well cared for. There were only two of us and we didn't feel the least bit lonely. Yuki and her sisters Anna and Louise are the warmest people we have met in a long time. We would always get married to the DIW team on Ærø. Definitely a clear recommendation! Thank you very much.

We could not be more grateful for Danish Island Weddings and all of their help. When Covid forced us to change our wedding plans, we had no idea that it was all for a reason. In six weeks, the DIW team worked with us to get all of the paperwork done, helped with accommodation, travel tips, photography, restaurants and more. Anna answered ALL of my questions (and I had a lot) - and was always helpful. They made the dream day we didn’t even know we wanted - happen. Every little detail was thought through and felt personal and magical. We had everyone who loved us there to celebrate on a beautiful September afternoon and we are so thankful. They thought about every little detail. The wedding room and our dinner table were very tastefully decorated. The location is very unique (both the island itself and the wedding room). If you want something personalised and special and not mainstream, you should go with DIW. We were happy with literally everything. Our guests said, that the wedding was at high class level, and we felt that way too. The communication was very quick and reliable. It is a long travel to the island, but it is totally worth it. We recommend DIW with a 100% certainty.

My husband and I recently got married with Danish Island Weddings on the fairytale Island of Æro. We had a wonderful experience and can highly recommend the lovely team of sisters for their professionalism, great support throughout the process and close attention to detail.

If you can, the best way to feel the vibe of the Island of Aero and how Danish Island Weddings work is to personally visit them. We were captivated by the charm of the Island and the authenticity of the team.

We personally met them in August 2019. Our plan was to get wed in 2020 but corona forced us to postpone the event to 2021. We felt well taken cared of during the entire 2 year preparation. The team was very patient and calm amid the uncertainties of the pandemic. They were able to take our worries away. They guided us through the ins and outs of organizing the ceremony, the reception, the dinner and the party. They were very enthusiastic to share their expertise and experiences to make our vision come to life. Everything were and felt organic and genuine.

The whole event from traveling to the island, booking the ferry and organizing the accommodations for our guests was really worth it. It was magical!

My (new) husband and I used Danish Island Weddings to help us organise our wedding on Aero and we have no regrets. From the outset they have been so helpful and generous with their time and expertise. They coordinated with the Danish authorities on our behalf and arranged the items we requested for our wedding. Without their help we couldn't have done this on our own. Emails were always answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Danish Island Weddings also acted as witnesses at our ceremony which was held in the Merchants House. It's a fantastic venue. We dealt mostly with Anna throughout the process and can't thank her enough for all her help especially when we had to postpone our wedding twice because of Covid. Almost a year later and third time lucky we were able to get married. It was so nice to meet Anna and her sisters on the island - they are even nicer in person! Don't think twice about using Danish Island Weddings to help organise your special day. We certainly have no regrets and will be recommending them to anyone who will listen!!

It felt like traveling back in time, our families and friends left the island with nothing but dear memories of the wedding and the experience of it overall.

Special thanks to my beautiful bridal bouquet which smelled like chocolate the entire day and I can’t stop falling in love with it (and wanting to eat it).

My fiancé and I were in a serious time crunch and had a stressful situation with our marriage application, and Yuki and her team were so kind and helpful. We managed to get approved within a week, and had our wedding two weeks later on the beautiful island. Anna even took some beautiful photos of us on our phone since we didn't have a photographer or someone with us. Thank you so much for everything!

From the first email until after the wedding, we felt we were in the best hands. Sowohl um den bürokratischen Teil als auch um Unterkunft, Restauranttipps, Torte, Brautstrauß, Dekoration, Tipps für die Freizeit, Hochzeitsfotografin und Haare/ Make-up hat sich das Team von Danish-Island-Weddings gekümmert und mehrere Optionen für uns zur Auswahl zur Verfügung gestellt. Meine Mails wurden immer sehr schnell und sehr ausführlich beantwortet.
