Darch Oil Reviews 

Ordered about 2 weeks in advance. They confirmed delivery would be between the 11th and 17th December. Phone call on 17th to say it would be the 18th. 18h, a text to say the 19th. 19th, a text to say the 20th. By 4:40pm n the 20th, no delivery and a very, very close to empty tank in cold weather! Phoned Yeovil, was diverted to some Midlands branch (phone lines probably busy with other people constantly let down). Was told on the phone it "should be on the 22nd, I can't promise anything, but we'll do our best for you|" So bloody annoying! This always happens with Darch - they set the date then cannot stick to it! I cancelled as I urgently needed heating oil and found another provider who came the following morning.

The team was incredibly supportive and ensured that the oil arrived promptly.

All round I was satisfied with the service, couldn't pay by the website but was called a day or 2 later via phone and paid, however this did result in a reset of delivery date.

You pay upfront for domestic oil and are given a latest delivery date. Nothing comes by that date, nor the next guaranteed date, nor the one after. I've been a loyal customer of this company for many years. It's a pity that loyalty doesn't work both ways. Darch are now just a tissue of lies, lame excuses and worthless guarantees. Use this company at your peril.

Everything was fine delivery was fine, only issue was when paying for the oil a delivery date was given, then an email was sent with a delivery date 3 days later. Could be a pain in your tank is very empty .

Very easy to order and good information about the delivery day. The delivery driver was extremely pleasant and followed the original online directions perfectly.

I have used Darch for years and have always been very pleased with the quality of the drivers and how they handled their work. Office staff are polite and efficient and will continue to be my company of choice.

Darch has sadly done an injustice to our small business over the past two years. Creating delivery notes for oil that in fact was not delivered. They are owned by a larger company who does not care. With little way to prove, my small business has paid out thousands for oil not received.

Fantastic service, as always! Easy to order online, or if ordering via phone the staff are always friendly and happy to help. The delivery drivers are always respectful and careful on our property when delivering the oil. Highly recommend!

Your drivers went to a lot of trouble to deliver the oil given that there was scaffolding in place making access to the tank difficult.
