I have been using Dashthis reporting for 7 months for my clients. I run Google & Facebook ads and also include the metrics for organic social media.

Overall, if you're wanting to have a more professional reporting platform than a Word doc or spreadsheet, this is a great start. It's more affordable than competitors but has a more simple design with limited dev options. Once you get to a point you can afford a more professional dashboard, then you can move over and upgrade unless Dashthis's dev team can improve the issues below.

Here are my thoughts:

Pros:
- incredible customer service. Super fast response times, so kind, very helpful with step by step instructions or videos on to answer questions. It's the best part of working with them
- more affordable compared to other marketing reporting platforms
- very honorable support team that will make a custom plan for you based on the number of dashes you want
- can sync with accounts to pull in data automatically or add custom blocks

Cons:
- limitations on design. You can add a custom block and put a number in but it is giant and there's no option to adjust the size of the text
- limited customizability. They give some options for report colors but I can't adjust to the exact colors I want
- weird dev issues. I will change the title on a November report and it will change the title for all previous reports. It shouldn't do that. There needs to be an easier way to duplicate past reports and update them without it changing past reports. it has a lot of limitations
- outdated reporting style. Compared to other reporting platforms, the reports do not look professional. They look homemade on one long vertical report. No option to create pages or sections in one monthly report. I believe this is on Dashthis' development team to improve the appearance of the reports

Where to start?
First of the interface is awesome, easy to use, and it works.
Second is the support.
I am almost hoping of running into an issue, just so I can contact them again.
I had help from Pier-Olivier, and from Laurie-Anne.
Not only did they react quickly, but Laurie-Anne made a guide video, with our account, showing and telling everything I needed to do.
That fixed the issue. But they did not stop there.
Pier-Olivier found 4 other errors, all made by me, and shared his findings, so that I could get that working again.

Amazing support, amazing tool.
I highly recommend DashThis.

Also I asked for a specific integration.
2 weeks later they had made it possible, to integrate ActiveCampaign data, email marketing, directly into the dashboards.

If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

DashThis is a stable, reliable software, with a short learning curve and exceptional support. Many times, our support requests that weren't easily answered same-day, became feature requests DashThis implemented shortly after.
