Asked if we could drop our van in for a hab check a week before the booking the pick up a week later.
It was not problem at all.
Staff are brilliant and very accommodating.
I recomend.

Very pleased with the purchase of our new Pilote 740 Motorhome from Davans, just off the M5 junction for Weston Super Mare.
Oliver was very helpful in answering our many questions. He organised the gaslow and TV to be transferred from our Part Exchange MH together with the various additions we required. We have purchased several MH’s over the years from various MH dealers, Oliver is the youngest salesperson we have dealt with, we were impressed with his maturity and knowledge within the MH trade and very pleased with our sale and purchase from him. Thank you Oliver ☺️😎.

I highly recommend Davan Caravans, been brilliant and the aftersales been great, sales man Oliver been fantastic.

Brand new motorhome with loads of problems. Promises they'd be fixed before collecting but they weren't. Took it away and it poured with water through the roof and window 1cm deep. They fixed the roof but said they had tested window and it wasn't leaking and blamed it on condensation. We got home and tested it and it was leaking. Loads of other problems check list said were working but they weren't or bits missing. False promises and poor inspections. Full refund but now being sold as new after we had it for a month. Buyer beware, we would never use this company again

I was looking for a Isabella inner tent and found one at Davan Caravan and Motorhomes,it was the cheapest I could find and also free delivery. Placed my order on the 16/03/2025 and it arrived on the 18/03/2025 I call that good service.

We made an order from them on 24th February 2025 for an camptech awning, before we ordered we asked when will we get the awning, they said within a week. So we went ahead and ordered, within a couple of hours they emailed us again and said they missed the Monday deadline and camptech told them it will, without fail go out the following Monday which is today 3/3/2025. I noticed other dealers are saying this awning is not available until end of march.
So we reached out to them today 3/3/2025 to make sure its still going out and they said that camptech a camptech rep told them they have no stock but will be in stock midweek (this week) and order will go out then. We was beginning to think this is sounding a bit far fetched now, so I said well if that's the case fine, but if you can make sure we will get it this week then that ok, if not please refund.
Next email from them was, the mystery order camptech were getting in midweek are sold so the earliest would be the end of march, and all davan was saying the price they sold me it at was a great deal, well its a great deal if you get the goods you ordered, not a great deal if you don't.
We believe they knew when they took the order it would not be available until the end of march. be honest with your customers, Honesty in business goes a long way with customers. i have complained to camptech as Davan said its all camptechs fault, but we believe that you as the dealer should be getting facts straight with camptech and being honest with customers, instead of trying to make your order numbers up. thankfully we are getting a refund and doubt we will return to Davan.

UPDATE AFTER DAVAN SHOP REPLY : I have had a few emails from camptech as i complained to them, and they said they let all their sellers/dealerships in January know that their would be no stock of this awning until March, I have the email from camptech if Davan want to see that, Camptech also said they never give exact dates for when stock will arrive. Davan would of known when they took my order on the 24th February that when there is no stock, and camptech have said all this is down to Davan who took the order. If Davan would of let me know ahead of time before we ordered that there is none of them awnings available until end of March we might of still kept the order.

Stu and Jo. They are both so knowledgeable, helpful and patient - I asked lots of questions! I am delighted with my new awning.

Our caravan was recently serviced at Davan, and some bodywork blemishes were also made good. We collected it yesterday, and I was particularly impressed by the quality of repair carried out by Gerry, and the courtesy wash carried out, and by Kieron, who in addition to carrying out the service carried out another repair. Good work all round and the sort of thing which will make customers return. Also the very friendly approach of the service receptionist, a perfect ambassador for the Davan brand.

I ordered two Isabella chairs. Best price I could find, no delivery cost. Delivered within 3 days. Packaged very well. Good communication from the delivery company. Can’t fault.

This is the first time that we have had dealings with Davan, and we are very impressed by the care and attention we received.
We were given a very thorough tour of the little caravan that we had purchased? All our questioned answered.
Everything went smoothly, and we weren’t rushed into anything.
I would definitely recommend Davan.

Wanted an awning for our motorhome, message Davan got a quick reply and got a great deal, Stu went above and beyond to answer all our questions, would highly recommend, staff and service excellent.

I chose Davan as they sell new and used campervans and motorhomes and are dealers for a number of manufacturers. All the motorhomes are open to have a look around and there is no pressure to buy. We bought a brand new Knaus Boxlife Pro 540 and are very pleased with it, we had a couple of minor teething problems which they sorted out without issue and I would be happy to buy another motorhome from Davan in the future.

I have just had my caravan serviced for the first time which wasn’t bought from Davans. They could not have been more pleasant.
Friendly and professional, answering any questions I may have.
Caravan serviced on time, delivered and collected same day.

Well what can I say I telephoned davans about a awning had a loverly lady called jo she helped me so much I'm appreciated the staff are very friendly and ready to help you I recommend davan caravans also stu and jo helped bring to the car well done to both off them

We have an Autotrail F60 which we purchased new from Davan. We had to take it in for some warranty work. The whole process was made easy and efficient. Special thanks to Leah in the office for her extensive knowledge and Ian in the workshop who went above and beyond, working late so that we could return home that evening. Excellent after sales.

we never received registration documents within the time limit so now had to pay £25 for dvla Davan has not been that helpful also they have not replied to our e mail considering we have just bought a new motorhome from them
