We bought our van from Highbridge just over 3 years ago and while away on holiday had a problem with our gearbox which was caused by an error during manufacture at Peugeot. Peugeot UK were unwilling to take any action but Highbridge stepped in and sorted the problem very smoothly for us.

The key test of a supplier is how they react when things go bad and Highbridge exceeded my expectations - thanks !

This was our 5th motorhome purchase and was easily our best experience so far. All of the staff that we came into contact with were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire purchasing / part exchange process. We are delighted with our purchase and look forward to an ongoing relationship with Highbridge Caravans.

Bought a Brand New Buccaneer caravan from their Newton Abbott branch. Booked it in for its 1st yearly service with every thing working ok. Collected it and the TV signal didn’t work. That was Aug, 2025. Over 4 visits later and they still have not got the TV and Radio signals to work and it’s now Dec 2025.
There after sales service is terrible and as for accident repairs they do not do them and as for their Highbridge Branch they will charge an arm and a leg to do accident repairs which they are not keen to undertake anyway.
So remember if your thinking of buying a caravan from them apart from servicing that’s all their interested in.
They are a family Business which has expanded a lot at Highbridge, extended workshops and ground but at the expense of customer service which has gone down hill to a very unsatisfactory level . We will buy elsewhere in future.

Our sales contact, Oliver Matthews, was one of the most helpful, honest and communicative vehicle salespersons I have ever come across. He worked really hard to make our part exchange work financially and then ensured the campervan had everything we needed. All of the admin, handover and technical staff were also extremely helpful and efficient. The couple of snags we had with the van were also dealt with very quickly.
I would highly recommend Highbridge.

Went to Highbridge recently with the intention of putting a deposit on a used motorhome.
The sales person was so unhelpful and off with us that it wasn't a great experience at all.
Really disappointed with how we were treated as the salesman made us feel like we were wasting his time and that we couldn't afford anything, so we left with no motorhome.

Staff very good Dave who did the Van hand over was excellent loads of good information about the van.
Elddis CV40 just what we wanted, my wife loves it.
Not impressed that the sales team didn’t know the extended warranty scheme had been discontinued on the 30th of September as we purchased the van on the 1st October. That was stressful as one of the main conditions we purchased the van was to get the Fiat extended warranty.
After contacting various Fiat service centres I was told the new warranty scheme may be available in November, and the 14 day deadline for registering should be extended.

We bought our first touring caravan in July, spending a lot of money on what was sold to us as a 4 berth. On our very first trip with two friends, we discovered it wasn’t actually usable as a 4 berth because a key pillow/bed section was missing. This meant our friends had to stay in a hotel at our expense.

When we raised this with after-sales, they initially tried to tell us we were wrong until we physically showed them the issue. They then promised to contact Adria. After weeks of no update, we chased it ourselves and were told the Adria factory was closed until 28th August. It is now 8th September, and we still have had no contact or resolution.

Because of this, we’ve had to cancel holidays we had already booked, missing out on the whole summer with our children and friends. We feel completely let down and essentially missold a caravan that cannot be used as the 4 berth we paid for.

I can’t praise Highbridge Motorhomes, Caravans and Campervans any higher. We purchased our first Motorhome from the Devon Branch on the 28th of July after viewing several vans, from several dealerships and not finding quite what we were after and within our budget.

Fantastic service from the start to finish. We found the perfect van that suited our needs right here from the huge range of vehicles on the forecourt (not the original one we went to look at I might add) and purchased our Swift Escape that very same day.

Expecting several weeks before collection, we were incredibly surprised and grateful that they were able to do a quick turnaround in just over a week and even lent us a courtesy car while I was without a vehicle.

The onsite camping shop is incredibly well-stocked which offers a healthy discount to customers that buy a motorhome, caravan or camper from Highbridge.

We recently purchased our second fantastic motorhome from the Devon branch at Teigngrace. We were satisfied with our trade in deal and communication from initial purchase to collection date. I have to mention the outstanding customer service and after sales service which is second to none that I have ever experienced. We would never consider purchasing from anywhere else. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, with special mention and thanks to Motorhome Sales Manager Jody White and to Richard, Rebecca and Catherine in the service team who have all looked after us so well.

Highbridge Caravan Centre ( Devon ) is the ONLY place you should buy a Motorhome Why you ask, firstly I tried many dealers over the south coast ( 20 ) most inflate the price or very pushy or don't offer a good warranty.
RIGHT Highbridge Devon are very different , Jody White was our first contact very helpful not pushy and let us take our time he did every thing to help us and show the pros and cons of that type of motorhome .
We agreed a price and he said what he would give as extras and make sure it would be in tip top condition when we pick it up.

Richard was the hand over guy and he went through everything about the motorhome , give us tips and generally went ABOVE what we. expected, in fact everyone in the shop ( well stocked ) and the team there made us feel very special , I cannot thank the whole team at the Devon Branch , I do not think they could have done any more .
They found out was my birthday and gave us a bottle of champagne. to top it off as well as putting bows on our motorhome .
I can see how they are DEALER OF THE YEAR.

We bought our 9 year old motorhome last November and know we paid over the odds but wanted peace of mind a years warranty. We have already had a few repairs which were dealt with using brand new parts and a few other warranty repairs to follow next month. So far the service received has been great as staff has been friendly and helpful so a big thumbs up from me👍

So just picked up our caravan today and can honestly say the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The team there are without exception brilliant. The hand over was very detailed and informative. A special mention to Mike Ford salesman extraordinaire. Helpful from start to finish and a pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We have spent hundreds of thousands of pounds with this company over the years. We purchased a new van months ago and various problems arose. Highbridge have now had the van for 3 weeks and it is only today after we had been informed we could pick it up that we were told there was a problem. They had obviously not done the work. We had a call from Leighton Grant. This was at 0900. We explained the situation and he assured us that he would get back to us. Nothing. It is now 1500. Numerous phone calls and numerous messages have left us having to wait all day with no call from him. My husband has cancer and we were due to have a short holiday before he goes to hospital for treatment that will last for weeks, after which he is unlikely to be able to drive. Now we will have to cancel because we have no idea when we will be able to get our van. A very nice receptionist said that they will arrange to deliver the van to our home address while my husband is in hospital. Meanwhile, we have lost our one opportunity for a short holiday thanks to the incompetence, disrespect and disgraceful treatment by Highbridge. This is the thanks one gets for being a loyal customer for very many years.

Picked our new van up at the beginning of May from the Devon branch. Everything was exactly as it should be and the van was very clean. I think the PDI team did a great job. Jody was in touch with me at regular intervals with updates, and nothing seemed too much trouble. He has an incredible depth of knowledge. Well done all👍
