Issues with a 2024 Swift Kon-Tiki 894
My wife and I purchased a brand new Swift Son-Tiki 894 from these clowns in October 2024. Due to unsealed areas to the underside of the vehicle, just two months from new we had a mouse infestation! Imagine how that feels, the damage caused with faeces and urine everywhere! Had to beg, borrow and steel to get any help with this from swift and and eventually 3As undertook the necessary work and repairs, off road for approximately 2 months!
Having somehow managed to cope with repairs, renewals etc after the mouse infection. In 2025, just after 6 months of purchase date with only 2000 miles only on the clock, the vehicle broke down and would not start again. It was established approximately 3 days later that the gearbox had failed and had to be renewed.
When the vehicle was repatriated back to me some 43 days later on two further separate trips, immediately after the gearbox replacement, it broke down a further two times, both related to the poor installation of the gearbox, which is when my wife and I had lost all faith in our luxury motorhome and decided to reject it through our finance company. This was successful but we had been without our motorhome for nearly a year and experienced the worst time ever trying to get some form of customer service from 3As who didn't want to know basically and also Swift Leisure and Fiat.
The motorhome was uplifted today. Imagine my horror when I heard that it was being transported back to 3As who despite their poor customer service will no doubt profit again through the sale of this vehicle to some unsuspecting customer!!!
This is why I felt I had to share this information. With summer coming and the masses looking to purchase a shiny, rarely used motorhome. Be extremely cautious, if it sounds too good to be true, then it most likely is. Trust me I know how exciting it is when looking around. Great sales down there, but not so great afterwards. Please, please ensure to ask about the vehicle's history, re: afore mentioned mouse infestation due to a shoddy PDI and a replaced gearbox with only 2000 miles on the clock! I've no doubt in my mind that these issues will be glossed over somewhat, but ask people, just ask the question, particularly if you are looking to purchase a 2024 Swift Son-Tiki 894 from this outfit.
Oh and BTW, I'm not naive enough to think that one can't experience pure bad luck regarding a brand new broken down engine due to metal filings found in the gearbox, but when (directly afterwards) the likes of 3As, Swift and Fiat do not want to help in such desperate circumstances that we found ourselves in, it begs the question folks, directly about the £116000 valuable purchase we faithfully made, compared to the extremely poor levels of customer services we received. Ask questions!

Excellent Service
My husband and I visited 3As at end of August looking to change our caravan. Met with Trystan who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered us a great deal on part-ex, better than anywhere else we had been and thus we purchased a beautiful Swift Challenger 560L Grande. We’re very happy with the way we were treated by the team from first to last. Stephen was also great and went above and beyond to help us sort out the paperwork and finances as well some purchases in the shop. We couldn’t ask for better service from him and Trystan. A wonderful team really felt comfortable and welcoming, will definitely be doing more business with them in the future

I used 3As for a Horsebox Hire to travel to Yorkshire and back 4 times in the same week. I was unsure of the days I would return as it was all down to the Veterinary centre in Yorkshire. 3As were very understanding to my situation and allowed me to keep the box with me until I had picked the horse back up from Yorkshire. The box itself was immaculate with living and bunk beds.
Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I am not usually a person that feels it’s my role to sell a business’s professionalism and high standards. I feel that that is their responsibility based on their collective and individual performances… However I must buck my trend!
Not new to 3As leisure having purchased 4 CV’s and MH over many years, (have also done so from dealers across the UK since as long ago as 1985). Today we planned to travel away for a few (5) days to attend a family event..but disaster the MH fridge/freezer wouldn’t cool down on 230v, 12v or gas though all 3 were operating fully.. Now although retired I have retained my many years of mechanical engineering knowledge and rate myself as a fairly competent Motorhome user. But it totally stumped me and having worked on the issue overnight I just couldn’t identify the cause of the problem, succumbing in the end at 0850am and called the star of You Tube and the internet in general Chris Pullen (he sold us our Kontiki) and asked for advice. Chris reacted immediately to our situation and along with that other star in the Service Department “Phil” who arranged for Technician ‘Tom” to call me to see if we could troubleshoot the problem.. After a short and anxious wait Tom called and after discussions asked us to not cancel our trip but call in en route so he could have a “quick look” for us. So after an hour we arrived with an empty fridge and 2 cool boxes bursting with perishables (and vino). Tom met us took the keys and disappeared. 80 minutes later he had identified the problem (nothing to do with the functioning of the fridge unit) which was a breakdown in the comms system between the fridge and the control panel. He than gave me a step by step walk through this system and how to troubleshoot it going forward and we are now sat on site in the MH enjoying a cold beer…
We all have different experiences of life and indeed our interactions with various businesses. Over a many years my experiences with 3 A’s leisure have in the main been positive (the very few that weren’t, were the fault of manufacturers and not the team at the showground). And today’s support and assistance tops it all and all whilst the dealership was clearly very busy with all bays in the workshop occupied and others waiting.
A massive thank you to all the team at 3A’s but the especially so the 3 Amigos mentioned earlier and an extra massive shout out to Tom who took time to not only sort it but took an old and crusty ex Sergeant Major through an easy to follow tutorial… Well done guys and thanks… 5 Massive Stars
Hire Of Motorhome - Highly Recommend 3 A's
From the moment we enquired at 3 A's to hire a motorhome the experience was easy and hassle free. Steve answered all our queries we raised and took our provisional booking. The booking process was simple and communication with Steve was great who explained everything we needed to know.
Being first timers, the motorhome was spotless and suited us perfectly for our road trip to Scotland which we thoroughly enjoyed.
On our return Steve organised the return of the vehicle, again which was quick and easy.
We'll definitely be booking again for our next adventure. Couldn't recommend Steve and 3 A's highly enough for a great experience.

From my enquiry to hire a Motorhome to returning on completion I found Stephen very helpful, informative and friendly along with all the staff we came across. We'd visited previously - enjoying both good value in 3A's shop and excellent nosh in its cafe - but called in this week having (embarrassingly!) had a towing hitch incident calling for attention both to our caravan's electrical connectors and replacement of its breakaway cable. With no warning of our arrival whatsoever, the workshop team gave us a reasonable estimate both of cost & price before setting to work. And they finished this work more quickly and for less ££s than we'd been warned to expect - well done and thank you!

My wife and I purchased a new Swift Voyager in May ‘25. We part-exchanged our AS Bouton as we wanted a larger MH and also “new”. A few warranty related issues, all dealt with or in-hand, some extras being recently been fitted (M-Level system and front and rear sensors). Great service from the team at 3As, Stefan and Trystan and the service dept.

WE BOUGHT A CARAVAN FROM HERE JUST OVER A YEAR AGO £20,000 .. THE WORST MISTAKE . ITS DONE NOTHING BUT LEAK .. SO MANY ISSUES TO NAME . TRYING TO GET HELP FROM AFTERSALES IS IMPOSSIBLE. THEY REALLY DO NOT CARE . THE ONLY WAY I HAD A RESPONSE WAS COMPLAINING ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THE LAST REPAIR AFTER THE VAN BEING IN THEIR GARAGE FOR MONTHS WAS THE ROOF IN THE BEDROOM LEAKING BADLY . IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED .. A FEW WEEKS AGO I WOKE UP IN THE NIGHT WITH RAIN RUNNING DOWN MY LEG . AGAIN NOW I HAVE JUST GOT TO THEVAN FROM LIVING AWAY AND MY MATTRESS IS SOAKING AND ALL MY BEDDING .. I WANT THIS VAN COLLECTED ASAP AND I DO NOT WANT IT BACK .. I NEVER EVER WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN ENOUGH IS ENOUGH .. IT WAS SOLD WITH A LEAK AS WEIRDLY THE PREVIOUS OWNERS CAME TO OUR CARAVAN SITE AND TOLD US THEY HAD SAME ISSUE .

Bought our first touer in July from purchasing to hand over the service was excellent, one member of staff especially Steven he went above and beyond to help with all our inquiries also helping us to make the the right choice for an awning and accessories he knowledge was second to none and also his after sale service we cant thank him enough so pleased with our purchase excellent company

Went to their discount weekend offer on most products they sell
I was looking at the caravans not 100% sure if I wanted to upgrade my van after sometime with the sales people I decide to give a deposit to secure the van hoping after sleeping on my decision I was truly happy to go ahead went back following day more unsure they said have a think and let's them know

Told the sales team they told us you can not have your deposit back we said you never told us it was non refundable and their answer was "we don't have to tell you you should have read the small print also they didn't tell us that either
Also my awning would not go onto the new van so bought a brand new awning with roof liner costing over £1300
Told them I no longer need that could I have my money back 3as took 20% plus £80 of my money
We query this with the person in sales and they said that's how they do it and can not have my full refund
In one day 3as earn £1280 of me for nothing I wrote emails and lots of phone calls
Got really frustrated at the company with not getting to speak to people or just being told you have to write an email which were being ignored
Still no money back still not resolved
I feel this company is just a white collar crime hope this review can help others be 100% before you part with your money because you won't get it back.

They have abysmal customer service; answering the telephone is a fundamental in business.
Van had a fault on the gas fridge. They told me to bring it in for Tuesday the next week. I dropped it off with them on the Monday. Heard nothing. Phoned customer servicec 4pm on the Thursday - no answer. Left on speaker phone whilst still working - no answer after 10min. Gave up and phoned reception- again no answer.
Phoned at 9:15am the next day - still no answer from either service or reception.
Took tine off work- drove to them and took the van back; they had not even looked at it.
I don't mind a company being busy; I did take the van to them in July when they are likely to be busy. What I do expect is clear communication and updates.
I took the van to All Season Caravan Serices Ltd in Llanybydder; they looked at it that evening and repaired the fault.
Be warned; use 3As Leisure at your own risk - do not expect customer service or for your repairs to be attended to.

Phil kept me updated throughout the week and had it ready for collection ahead of schedule.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service - in fact customer service does not exist - dont be fooled by the initial experience through sales staff - any problems with your purchase ,( in our case a brand new £116,000 MH), which you want to take further due to lack of customer service you will be faced with perceived threatening emails from them and subsequently their solicitors. We have learnt the hard way - hindsight - should have taken heed of the poor reviews and ignored the few positives - following our issues and talking to people with MH ‘s, the amount of people who have said they stayed clear of this place due to local reputation- I have not heard from anyone with problems speak positively about them.
If there was a choice I would give it a minus 5 stars .
If you value a genuine caring customer service post sale - do not go anywhere near this place
