From first email to arrange posting of 27 tapes, inbetween email updates to receiving original tapes and USB back under 2 weeks . David offers a fantastic service, repairing one broken tape and excellent value for money. I am recommending David to my family.

David was definitely the best choice and did an amazing job converting multiple tapes, he didn’t charge for 2 tapes that weren’t needed. He kept me informed every step of the way and sent them back very quickly once converted. Amazing service, will definitely go to him again if needed!

David took the trouble to keep me informed at every stage as to the progress of the tape conversion. I knew when he received them and when they were posted back. He was also so kind and didn’t charge me for two tapes which didn’t have a lot on. The quality of the conversion was excellent. It has given me and my family immense pleasure revisiting family times from long ago. I highly recommend David !

Had loads of old DVD's and CD's that were taking up space. Contacted David enquiring of prices etc to have them transferred onto a USB stick.
David kept in touch with every part of the process, from receiving the tapes after I posted them, to returning them to me with the USB stick.
He gave me plenty of time to view them before sending payment, of which he did not chase.
A completely reassuring experience all round.
Will not hesitate to recommend to others.

I recently sent off a large collection of old video tapes, some over 30 years old, many damaged and even affected by mould. I honestly wasn’t sure what could be salvaged, but the results have exceeded all expectations. Every tape has now been successfully converted onto a USB with a digital copy, and the quality is fantastic.

David’s service was exceptional from start to finish. Absolutely amazing this man! He has gone above and beyond for me. Quickly converted my tapes then helped me upload them. Then went out of his way to edit and chop to videos so that I could send via WhatsApp. I am already in process of sending a orher 13 tapes he is that good.
